Thats your turbo oil seals bud - if the exhaust housing is 'wet' then the seals have gone and oil is leaking into your turbo and coming out of your exhaust as blue smoke You can either get the seals replaced or get a new tubby - personally I would go back to OBX and say the seals are buggered and see what they say

Looks nice that - not too hard I guess matey, wouldn't be too much different from the dash2 conversions most people are doing

Not sure on the angle of the pipes but the reason some of us think it is the turbo oil seals is that it doesn't affect performance so it will still pull strong but it means oil is leaking into your turbo and burning - causing the blue smoke - the problems are that you will lose oil a lot more quickly than you should and may run dry if you don't keep an eye on it

He says before the single conversion it was fine so my money is on the turbo oil seals - either a 2nd hand turbo which already had blown seals or some crap got in and has buggered your seals after the conversion

I thought blue smoke meant the oil seals were gone on the turbo? Did you get the kit brand new bud?

Ah also figured out why they 'look' so big - can't see the edge of them in the second pic so we're just seeing the silver all the way to the back of the panel and not the front, if that makes any sense

To be more accurate than Ben, we are looking at places to stay at the moment and will more than likely end up in a motel/hotel/b&b or something similar

Lol, was addicted to this about 3 years ago - thank god I stopped, takes up far too much time! I had a hunter, mage, warrior and paladin at 80 with full epics, they were very good characters at the time, used to be on Bronze Dragonflight Brings back a few memories though

Yea bud came straight off my car which was 100% before everything was taken out for a single conversion

The dip in power is normal, but when the tubbies come back on power there is usually quite a big and noticeable difference - more power.... As for problem number 1, probably not enough gases as you said, if you put your foot down a bit more do you get boost? As mr Wilson has said, check for any leaks first up, if it does turn out to be one of the solenoids I have both sitting spare in my garage

Got my 4" intake pipe from Paul Whiffin - only thing is the one I got doesn't have the cam breather bit that you're asking for... On a separate note don't the XS Power ones have a few places to attach things?

Insurance problems iirc Also Attero I'm with Admiral aswell and have had no bother with them, although I haven't actually claimed but I'm 23 with 3 years NCB all mods declared (at BPU) and paid £1200 on my last renewal in Feb. Fully comp, all the extra's including break down, legal etc etc
