  1. Forgive me, I was having a moment.....I had checked that it was routed correctly and couldn't understand why it didn't fit, so I checked again and yes it was routed correctly.....walked away scratching head, went in, had a brew, came back out and checked the routing and it was wrong its been a long week, this N/A-T ing is more work than I thought.
  2. Having deleted my air con and buying the new shorter 6pk1865 belt, just tried to put it on and it will not fit. Even with the tensioner maxed out the belt is still far from going over the pulley, the belt will sit on the bottom of the pulley but will not stretch over the other 60-70 per cent of the pulley, I've put a standard size belt on and it seems to fit quite well, I'm wondering if anybody else has had this? I went with the air con delete on my other supra (1jz) and the 1865 belt fit.... Why am I having problems with this one ?????
  3. Reg no looks like the blue one that "Wewsupra" had and stripped.
  4. It looked so good in those pictures you sent me.....love those wheels.
  5. Hey mate, didn't realize it was this car, I guess that front lip will be available then .....if it survived?
  6. I'd love a set of these so if you fancy a swap/part ex for some 19" Jade R's let me know.
  7. Started yesterday afternoon after work and removed the engine and box today, I'm in the process of swapping auxiliary bits and the gearbox over but will be flushing the heater matrix and polishing the headlights and a couple of other jobs while its out.......All alone on the girlfriends drive......I'll sleep tonight ah tel thi.
  8. Ask Swampy, he knows for sure what's involved and it's more than you think.
  9. This will have a different stud pattern than an N/A head does I presume?
  10. Has anybody tried the D1 spec "AFTERMARKET" gauges? Are they any good? EPR Racing sell them and are near me.
  11. I wouldn't mind the boot piece that sits behind the rear seats that takes the factory sub/amp.
  12. I saw a lad in court pleading his case, he'd been caught doing 43mph in a 30 zone by a cop with a radar gun, he was riding a moped restricted to 30mph that even down hill would only just touch 33mph. In court he explained that he was pleading not guilty because there is no way his moped would do that speed plus when he saw the officer with his radar gun he assumed that the officer was catching the speed of the van that was overtaking the moped at the time, he also explained that he drove for a living and needed his licence, they banned him for 12 months.
  13. I installed a cheap 255lph ebay fuel pump and the car had the exact same issue, I put the original pump back on and it was fine, I then bought a 255 pump from Whifbitz and it too was fine.....I'd go with fuel pump, doesn't take long to change.
  14. Wish I could get my hands on a tabletop Galaxian
  15. Ah yes, looking at your picture I remember now, if you've screwed the heads then you may have to Dremmel the lip off the backing plate to get some purchase with the mole grips, they need to be HOT though before they'll come out. Maybe Dremmel a flat fresh groove in the screw for a BIG flat screwdiver but only attempt to remove when HOT.
  16. I'm sure that comes off with the rubber, it's the way I did it and had no issues.
  17. My last Supra used to wander quite a lot and it was the shocks, they looked fine with no leaks, a garage also said they were fine but the wandering only went away when I replaced them.
  18. Cut the rubber away then pencil torch the bolt to free the thread lock and mole grip off ...... 10 min job.
