  1. I know that some Vauxhall engines can "gunk up" in the oil cap but have no head gasket issues and as you seem to have no coolant loss or performance issues I would go with the condensation in the rocker especially as it was stood for so long .......you could always check the spark plugs for another indication of how things are burning in each cylinder and as Wile e coyote recommended a "sniff" test of the coolant . Bargain of the century dude !!!!
  2. No way 50/50, he's driven into your side.....screw him .........oops, I mean take him for what you can.. . How more visible do you need to be ? He's driven into the biggest bit of the car ????? If he'd have been looking out of his front window he'd have seen you because you were there !!!! I'm angry for you, get another door and bit of filler/paint and your away
  3. WHOAAA........easy dude.....I will not be held responsible
  4. Many years ago I had a very poor battery on a Z400 and was always having to put it on charge however, one night I put it on charge in a rush and it wasn't until I took it off charge the next morning that I connected the terminals the wrong way round (red to black and black to red) .......luckily it hadn't exploded but HAD reversed the polarity !!!!!! I connected a spotlight to it and left it on to totally drain the charge and then re-connected the correct terminals and re-charged it ..........Never had to charge it ever again .....Worked like a brand new battery after that and always had plenty of power .........I would however NOT recommend anybody try this
  5. I have been there too, was a few years ago, met in supermarket car park ......driven to a residential property with supra's all over the place .....took me for a test drive in the one I'd gone to see and thrashed the T*TS off of it from ice cold ......I walked away.
  6. Suck it out with a straw ! Use some light absorbent material (old Tshirt etc) with a thin screw driver and feed it into the channels to soak up the remainder and then the heat from the engine will soon dry out the rest !!

  12. Grind all the shit out , pack it out with something that will stop those two metals touching , ( a few layers of gaffer tape should suffice ) then use fibreglass matting to pack the rest of hole and bring it slightly proud ...... plenty of sanding later , bit of primer and touch up ...........It'll last for years .......
