    Na-t build

That is a truly beautiful thing.
  3. The item circled in the last pic is one of your 02 sensors, can't make out anything exhaust related in the other pics.
  4. I have 2 or 3 sets of front j specs that all need refurbing ........You are welcome to one if you wish but I would prefer it to be collected, I'm in Swadlincote near Burton on trent. PM me if you need one.
  5. Is it just me or did he not look that happy .....that kinda s**t must happen to him everyday......

    More power

At the moment I'm looking for a 1jz engine to transplant into my supra as I would like somewhere around the 400-450bhp mark and budget is tight , this is as far as I can gather the cheapest way ahead but how much power can you squeeze out of the 4.0 v8 Soarer ? There are more of the v8's around and readily available but which would be the best way forward as far as £'s to power and parts go ?
  8. Screw it down to a long piece of timber and leave in the sun then let it cool still fixed to it and it should be in a better shape to fit.
  9. Mmmmmm, nice ass .......I do like the trial rear;)
  10. I thought the mk3 supra's ran the 7M-GTE engine?
  11. Apparently there are different sumps on the 1jz but not both will fit into the supra .....which do you need and are the sumps easily obtainable and interchangeable ? I was under the impression that as long as it came from a soarer then it would drop right in? Are there any other cars with the 2.5 tt 1jz engine in? Please forgive my ignorance.
  12. The tops have two flat sides that fit into the rail to stop them spinning .....but if the threads are corroded they will just end up spinning ( as I guess yours are) quickest way would be to cut the nuts off and replace the bolts.
  13. Welcome Parm, I too live in the Midlands, Swadlincote, I have an n/a....... But not for long :-D
  14. I'm so doing this .............If I can get hold of a bloody engine that is
  15. I too had this for a time but had to change for a quieter one .....and I don't really give a s**t what people think, but was setting car alarms off all the time and pedestrians were covering their ears as I was approaching:D .....don't do it dude ........I do however have a twin silencer system in the "for sale section" at the moment and I ran this with no cats in but took it off as it was too quiet (quieter than standard I'd say).....I now have a whifbitz 1st decat, 2nd cat in place and a 2.5" rear section and it is still very very noisy......
  16. I have the same white crystalization on my under bonnet soundproofing but no leaks whatsoever.
  17. That ind est looks familiar...... Yeah I did this with mine the other week.... Washed, clayed, polished and then it pee'd it down

    New tyres

    New tyres

You may be correct, that is quite a lot of miles thinking about it, but I always bought part worns after that and they ALWAYS lasted longer, I just assumed that the Vreds were made from very soft rubber.

    New tyres

I had some Vreds once...... Never again, lasted 6 months, the ones I had wore at a ridiculous pace. They were on the front of an astra gte and covered around 800 miles per week..... Vowed I would never use them again.
