I had a look over your engine bay (with my shades on to cut out the glare) and even noticed the o2 sensor that I sent you with what looked like the same tape wrapped around it

I saw you in the que mate....you were a couple away from entering the "gate" around 4ish maybe, I was about five behind you. Don't know where you were parked but that's the only time I saw your car all day.

I had 2.0L highlift cams in my 1.6 cortina and the revs seemed to go on forever, it extended the rev range in each gear.

PITA to do but if you persist then I'm sure you will win.....be careful when you do loosen them off as they are HEAVY.

Oh how I wish I had the time and money to do this, Greece would be the destination for me. Looks like you had a fantastic journey dude, I'm well jealous

I left mine for hours (in the car with sump off) and was still having to keep drying up the ATF that was creeping down from the internals, took me about 6 hours to do the job (simple sump pan change ...or so I thought) and as a result I still have a slight weep where it didn't seal properly. Next time I WILL be leaving it overnight to dry up completely, Cheers David.
