I have no idea what allen key size is needed, I still havnt done it yet . As for the plug as lon g as the thread is alright I can't see any reason to replace it. Would it be a good idea to put some cooper slip on the thread though?

Just looking through some sights to try a get a valuation for my numberplate but they all wanted a £10. I tried one site that was free and got a reply saying ''£200 but this is only a computer valuation'' so I'm guessing thats not accurate. Has anyone done the same and can recommend me a good free site or am I going to have to pay up? Thanks

I'm such a dumbass! I put the wheel back on today after tightening the handbrake, put the car back on the drive 'properly' and the arch clearances were the same My drive has a slight slope but I didnt think it would have such a drastic affect on the suspension. I'v had the car in the same position plenty of times before and never noticed it. So now that's that sorted I just have a knocking noise to solve. A while ago I had a knocking when braking, is this what you had? Only saying because I got all new disks and pads and this solved it. My knocking noise occurs whenever the car is moving. I thought it could be a siezed caliper but there was no sign of over heating from the wheels. Thanks

Definatley a knock. It's a knock knock knock sound, it's happens whenever the wheels are turning slow or fast. The knock becomes faster the faster the car is going.
