  1. Car just looks so sleck on those wheels, love it.
  2. Very nice Jake. Like vthe spegetti junction you took out.
  3. Good work Marc and your car just seems to look better and better, perfect stance and balance.
  4. Good pics. That gold Supe looks as mean as it seems it was.
  5. Yeh your right there mate. Have freed it all up and now keep a check on it. Advice was just a quick fix, if it works as you say, be sure to get to work on the catches with the freeing agent and better still as you say, do the catches first.
  6. Hi mate, if you have not had the bonnet off, try this: Lift the bonnet about 8 inches and give it a gentle wiggle and then drop it from that height. As been said it needs to catch properly. I had the same on mine (after about a2 years of it being spot on) and found that advice on Supra Forums. Job done. Hope that helps.
  7. Just got 'round to going back through this. Glad it's all sorted Jake. The Supra is looking as good as ever, good work.

    Sold up :-(

Sorry to see you leave the clan Gerry. Was good chatting to you at waspy pod a couple of years back, lovely Supra you had. Hope all goes well with the bikes.
  9. Looks good and with the front finished will look even better, finish it by doing the spats as well (imo). Not sure it will need the splitter as always looks abit overkill on a road car (imo). Looking good though and from the pics. it looks like a good fit.
  10. Oh dear, does the seller really think a Supra needs help "standing out" and I love this quote " being the aero-top edition meaning thw(e) whole roof can be taken off just makes this car even better." If by better they mean flex like a biach and shake the steering wheel out your hand on rough road surfaces then the discription is spot on.

    Na-t build

You really have been doing a great job of this mate. The car looks so clean and all your hard work shows. You have a stunning example there. Oh, and the thread is great to follow, good work.
  12. Lots of work there, good job, looking forwards to seeing the finished article.
  13. Great post mate. The new brakes really look good and because you have thin 5 spokes the whole set up really stands out and you see the full benifit of them, great work. How worn were the hand brake shoes? Lovely loking car, good work.
  14. Bruum, bruum, bruum, bruum you hear them Mustangs coming.
  15. No going back now then Alex. Interested to see how this will look.
  16. Very poor practice, especially as like you say they offered it to you. No consolation but a strong letter telling them of your disappointment is all you can do really.
  17. Looking good there, well worth getting done.
  18. Very nice mate, good that you,re back in a Supra.
  19. Good luck Jake. Give me a call if you need a hand.
  20. And the anticipation grows. (love threads like this).

    Dash work

Good work mate that looks nice and the wheel should finish it all off very nicely.
  22. Much better Alex. I hate having to run a front plate it totally ruins the look of the car and it's pointless, motorbikes don't have them so why do cars? If you sort a decent way of putting on a removable bracket and plate be sure to do a 'how to' thread.
  23. Well done that man, nice rebuild and set of photos. Thanks for sharing.
