  1. Nice looking example and well done on persevering with taking off the spats and skirts and getting the seal off.
  2. Liking the mesh mate, didn't think I would but it looks good. Definitely think you should loose the brace, that engine should be on full view imo. Great work Jake.
  3. I'd definitely do a re-bleed guys, although I would have thought it would be getting hot quick not staying cool but I know very little about such things. I would also definitely change the leads, after doing my own recently I can tell you they were shot, I was amazed the car still ran. Good luck, I hope you guys sort it soon.
  4. That's really nice mate. Loving the Volk 7's, a great looking wheel on a Supra As said though, however you do it, sort out the rear spats, then the car will be top. Nice seats ; .
  5. Mate, I honestly hate you! Every time I go out and clean up the car and the engine bay see this thread and I get depressed at how crap mine looks. Hope it all went well mate and obviously the Supra is looking better and better. Well done and love this thread, keep it going
  6. Not surprised it looks the biz Abz Always getting lots of love for the Supe, so nice people are still in awe of it and loving it. You got to get more pics up of yours mate, stop keeping that lovely Supra to yourself .
  7. When I saw this I thought, wow, so much helpful information must have been posted and as a fellow N/A (poor) Supra owner I was keen to be enlightened by such knowledge. Jesus, that's a big chunk of time I won't get back . Still with that amount of posts it's got to be worth 10bhp mate . Thanks for the laughs so far G.
  8. Nice pics. Jake. Not changed much yet, the lip (had it for 3 years ) and still don't know if I should fit it and if I do leave the ears, cut the ears, paint it or leave it . Changes every week, ideas welcome mate. I now have wheels I have waited forever for and will look the biz. when I put them on just sorting a few bits on them first. Fitted rear speakers and new head unit and also dial rings lately and I really like them, got the rings from Noz, top service. A couple of quick pics for you, taking the top off the engine is really time consuming but I'm glad I finally sorted it: And one from the old days, rainy/ waspy pod: Hope it's ok putting them up here mate, if not let me know and I'll take them down, no probs.
  9. The whole reason I went with the Supra. To much garage time for my needs.
  10. Looked like another good meet. Some nice Supras there and liking the rex.
  11. Always interesting to see a N/A-T build in progress. Look forward to the up-dates.
  12. Gordon Ramsey had one I believe.
  13. Liking the facelift rears mate. Aero is doing fine. I've just done some work to it, cam cover gaskets, spark plugs and leads amongst some other bits. I have a few new things for it but a bit undecided on the finished look I want Want to get it right first time if possible.
  14. Look good but as you say they look a pain to keep clean.
  15. Good work. It will look good once you get the oem splitter. I do like the active spoiler.
  16. Looking good there Jake. Got to be one of the tidiest N/A's in the club now. It's come along way since the first time I saw it, well done. For what it's worth I agree with Kaan, I think you should take the brace off as it detracts from the work done in the bay.
  17. Good base to work from but a lot of work ahead by the look of it. Love that colour and like the wheels. Good luck with the work.
  18. Just caught up with this, looking good, looking forward to seeing the completed job. A great supra being made awesome.
  19. This Supra just looks better and better. The LM's look so good on it. Great work under the hood as well. Love it, well done.
  20. Mine used to leak when I first got it. Same as you Raven I followed the tightening instructions but I also spray the seals with silicone spray once a month and rub it in with a cloth. This really puffs the seals up and brings them back to life. It's been years now without a drop getting in.
  21. Great build mate. I have only just seen this, some really novel ideas you have put in to this, well done. Really looking forward to seeing the completed job.
  22. When do you expect to get the car back Alex?
  23. That looks in fantastic condition, great find. Love the wheels. With the leaking roof it will probably help if you spray and rub the seals with silicone spray (you'll be amazed how this will puff them up and bring them back to life) and make sure you clamp it down in the order given by Toyota (I have the order on a sticker under the middle arm rest/box so you should have it there). Mine leaked when I first got it but does not now, ever, as I spray it regularly and clamp it in sequence. Great looking Supra, well done.
