Sorry mate, come across this prob a few times. Tends to be the transmission ECU. Have you tried resetting the ECU's programming? D/C battery 'may' reset it so agree with SUPRALOOPY on the first base of action

Nope, never heard from the sod again. Tried to get plod involved as he met me outside, what i assumed was his house as he was in the front garden when i pulled up. They say the person living there has no connection with him and thereofre nothing they could do. Still, live and learn

Hi all, This is kinda embarassing and i can't help feel a little foolish. This isn't actually my first post. I posted oct last year when i thought i'd actually bagged me a TT6. Hi all, I'm a new member and have only recently purchased a twin turbo 6 speed supra. Already wanting more power as previously had a 400hp scooby. Anyone have a rough idea of what sort of power i could run from a standard engine safely? Thanks, Tom
