Have you thought of dumping the 2jz and using a galo 24? I no that's a bit extreme and the galo 12 is half the weight, but with your budget why not go the whole hog..........

All dealers will move them on ASAP. this is because without a certificate of distruction, they will not be paid the 2k allowance. I cannot see a dealer really giving a fcuk what state the car is in, aslong as the paper work is correct so they an get there money. I once saw an old mini that had, had the rear quarter chopped off in an attempt to be made a convertible, used as a scrappage car.
