Mine were letting water in and after trying to bake to get it out, things went a little Pete tong and I now have some very crispy headlights. Looking for a pair of jap spec headlights with the black insides or might be interested in some UK spec if the insides are black too - not sure if they come this way. I'd want them in good to excellent condition please! Let me know what you've got! Looms

Monday Bump!

So far they seems awesome - the dipped beams were HID to start and all my previous cars have had them. They make a massive difference - love them! The extra sets were to match colours - I'm a bit banal like that. Lol

Yeh, the drivers side went in ok but was still a PITA to do. Another go tomorrow may be in order. Cheers for the help matey!

I've stuck it on and it isn't too bad... A little dark to tell for sure but I'll see how it goes... That last pic shows the crack if you look closely!

Lol, Yeh, I think it is in a bit wonky but the flicking clip won't close any other way! I've never done anything so frustrating in my life. Also, not sure if it was like this before, but it seems as though since swapping to HID, if I turn the high beams on the dipped also turn on. Is that normal?

Quite happy with that - even if my fingers have been destroyed trying to get the bulbs back in. The bigger hid bulbs make it almost impossible to get the retainer clips back on. The fog light on the passenger side seems to be a slightly different colour though [emoji53]

just heard back from them - I've been given a full refund (not including the customs charges) and I havent been asked to send the spoiler back so i'm happy with the outcome. I'll get the spoiler on to see how noticable the crack is - hopefully it isn't too bad as its on the lower part.

Here we go again!!! So after finally finding a way of transporting a bonnet, i'm once again in the market! If anyone has a totally stock supra bonnet let me know - it needs to be in and around London as i'll be bringing her home on a trailer. Let me know what you've got. Loomie.

Doh - well i've messaged the seller and he's asked me to request a refund but im not sure if its for the whole thing or just a partial refund. Lets see what happens. I'm a little bummed, because i dont really need two spare blades lying around - i'm a bit OCD about random bits left over. ARGHH

So rather than try to perfect the carbon wrap i decided to also order one of the AliExpress jobbies - turned up packaged immaculately. Lots of effort gone into making sure its secure in transit. So i rush to get the thing open and start to admire the beauty of carbon fibre when i flip it over and find... I've opened a dispute on AliExpress but im a little unsure where to go from here - i still really want one but i'm not willing to post the blade back to China and also, if they send me out a replacement, i'm not keen on paying customs charges again. The packaging was all completely intact so i can only assume it was cracked before it went into the box; i'm sure its a one off as the packaging was very secure and everyone else seems to have received a great product. Lets see how it pans out - i'll let y'all know.

Cheers for the feedback guys! I'll look at getting some for the fogs too then. David P - which ones did you get? I'm assuming I'm going to need ones that plug into the existing wires right? The eBay jobbies in the top link should work right? I might get some for the full beam too actually. Jay - I've got hids already in the dipped beam and the beam pattern is spot on - no excess glare and doesn't blind anyone and lights the road well.
