  1. We can all only attempt to aspire to your high standards - just seen the car and it is awesome, must be a dream to own and drive

    Hello

Weather looks great, but the car looks even better No sunshine over here at the moment, only rain Welcome
  3. 'Isotta' with cruise control retained Took a few pics
  4. Only the previous owners can answer that question It was originally purchased in Essex and is back home AlexC had it for 2 1/2 years before me and looked after it very well. He could not keep it AND the heavily modified manual Skyline he has just bought - as much as he would probably have liked too! There are a few minor bits that need sorting and there will be a change of wheels/tyres at some point in the future, but I have seen a lot worse and am happy to live with them at the moment.
  5. Unfortunately I am working in Birmingham this weekend. Will keep my eye out for the next one as I am only 10 miles from Lakeside.
  6. Have not had a decent opportunity to take new photo's since picking the car up a month ago and thought I would post the advertisement photo's. Some of you have probably seen them before as she was bought from AlexC. She is a UK spec auto with BPU and cosmetic upgrades both internally and externally. Had a stock UK spec auto about 6/7 years ago which was my main car but fancied something a bit different this time for weekend use only. Have a new Alpine head unit to go in when I get a chance and will upgrade the speaker system as well. 7. Southend was pretty busy last night, stuck around till 9.30 but only saw two other Supra's, stopped and spoke to one but he was not aware of a meet. Assume others did not bother or went to the M25 meet. Subaru were there in large numbers. Bit disappointing really
  8. Where do you all plan to meet and roughly what time? Forecast at the moment is possibility of showers
  9. I'm easy, Thurrock Services is closer than Southend so it doesn't really matter. Just need to agree a time and I'll be there.
  10. The better half usually works on a Wednesday night but she is going to see if she can change shifts for that one night each month just so I can go out and play in my car (her words)- she's very understanding like that and I bow to her magnificence! - It's ok she's gone now.
  11. Am a new member and fairly local to Southend, will do my best to get down there as I have never been to a meet before. Look forward to seeing you all there.
  12. Yep that's right, started off in Essex, purchased in Rayleigh and was in Orpington, Kent before going to Chester and now it's back home
  13. Picked up the UK spec auto yesterday from Chester and drove it back to South Essex with the second eldest son. Loved every minute. Will get some more pictures on when I get a chance
  14. Evening one and all New member living near Linford, Essex. Just purchased a UK spec auto Supra from another member and will be picking it up soon. Had a UK spec auto six years ago and loved it, love this one even more and can't wait to pick her up. Have been looking for a while but not seen anything that really grabbed my attention until this one. Hope to see some of you around. Cheers for now Andy
