  1. I have been followed your build Jazz and it is absolutely amazing in every way. There is just one thing I never have understood, why delete the AC?
  2. This is what has bothered me also! It does really ruin the the whole front end to me. Sure it would not be that bad work to correct the different lines for the bonnet/ front bumber. Really nice and legendary piece of car engineering for sure.
  3. So I thought also as the wheel looks so shiny.
  4. Very nice indeed! Did they paint the wheels with regular car paints or did they carried out the work by powder coating?
  5. The filter elements are not the same between old style Lexus/Toyota V8 filter and the TRD 90915-SP020, but the filtering material between those two are more same kind vs. the Toyota Oem Supra filter which is more like a normal paper element. But I have never seen anyone to complain the Toyota Oem Supra filter. All of these filters are Oem Toyota parts so I don't think that you could go wrong with any of these.
  6. The old version of the Oem Toyota/Lexus V8 (Japan made one, not the new ones which are from China) oil filter uses similar kind of filter element inside of the metal core than the TRD 90915-SP020 filter uses. New Oem Toyota Supra oil filter has different, like normal paper element inside. Please take a look of these MKIV.com articles. Toyota oil filters – Toyota 90915-20004 vs. Toyota 08922-02011 vs. Mobil1: http://mkiv.com/techarticles/parts/toyota_filter/index.html TRD oil filters – TRD USA vs. TRD Japan Oil Filters: http://mkiv.com/techarticles/parts/toyota_filter/trd_filters/index.html I know these articles are old but I hoared the original Japan made 90915-20004 filters while these were available and also some TRD 90915-SP020 filters as these two has quite similar style filter elements inside.

    Diff oil???

Both of UK diff`s are almost the same, the only difference between those two is the diff ratio (UK TT 6-speed 3.267 vs. UK TT Auto 3.538).
  8. The Celica Supra did came out nice, the result was very Oem.
  9. Yep, it is indeed in factory finish and it is in really clean condition one! Good buy!
  10. These AE86`s are absolutely amazing cars! Yours seems to be in really clean condition one. Please keep it quite close to stock condition wise, only some minor upgrades with perioid correct top brand parts so it does keep up it`s originality and value.
  11. DeTomaso Pantera GT5S had big wing.
  12. Yep, those front mount wings were only in some of the US model Countachs. Those huge US bumpers are also horrendous!
  13. Homer: This B04D diff is most likely from the UK Spec A/T Supra. Same differential is in (most, I remember that some of the Austria and Switzerland A/T cars do have the B03D (3.267:1) diff) Euro Spec A/T Supra´s and also Middle East supra N/A`s.
  14. It is actually B04D differential, large case (220mm) with 3.538:1 ratio and Torsen lsd + external oil cooler circulation via diff oil pump.
  15. No, every 17" supra Oem wheels do have the same diameter center caps. Face lift models do have the "dummy" 5 lug nuts pattern in center caps, while the pre facelift ones are smooth ones with toyota logos.
  16. The only differences between pre facelift and facelift control arms should be the bushes are different to each other, facelift bushes are more softer than the pre facelift ones. This was the information I once received from the state side. Here is some info from the Supraforums.com: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?660890-Need-to-Replace-Front-Lower-Control-Arms.-Need-Help-)
  17. Was this listed for sale couple years ago to this forum (car had a rebuilt engine and 18" Racing Hart CR wheels)?
  18. You need to loose both side front fender/ wing fastener nuts (2x10mm nuts inside of the bumper) and push the front bumper sides backwards. After you have adjusted the front bumper cover in correct location, gaps will disapear under of the headlight edge seals. 53121E nuts in the picture: https://www.google.fi/search?client=firefox-b&dcr=0&biw=1680&bih=941&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=toyota+supra+bumper+side+mounting&oq=toyota+supra+bumper+side+mounting&gs_l=psy-ab.3...35529.46903.0.47074.22.17.5.0.0.0.95.1269.17.17.0....0...1.1.64.psy-ab..0.0.0....0.dBZ30JMi2Fo#imgrc=Ibt_MLWVEsL43M:
  19. GR Yaris pricing starts from the 43059€`s in Finland.
  20. Separate the pressure plate from the flywheel by unbolting it from the gearbox clutch inspection cover holes. You need to rotate the engine to get the one bolt out at the time. When you have unbolted the pressure plate bolts you are willing to pull the transmission. When working by this method, you remove the whole clutch assembly out together with the transmission. EDIT: Or just like Keron said. (you were fast! )
  21. Those are actually VeilSide Evolution V wheels but someone have bolted some tatty spinners on them.
