  1. Ok I think I will have a go at doing this and also a flush of the fluid too. Don't suppose you have the part number for the o ring so I can order before starting?
  2. Could it be possible that the fluid in the tank is reading incorrectly then and could really be empty? How would I go about cleaning the reservoir gauze out properly?
  3. I will pm you later if that's ok. Just about to go out
  4. Sounds good to me. Do you still have the nut that screws to the stick to secure it? Can't see it from the pictures
  5. Jay is the battery clamp still for sale? What year car is it from?
  6. Keron I have sent you pm about a couple of parts I'm after. Thanks
  7. As per title I'm looking for a power steering pump that is in good condition. Mine is very noisy so most likely dying.
  8. Ah ok didn't realise that. I actually have a halfords battery in there at the moment so I would say it is the larger type.
  9. Ok so I had a look today and the fluid doesn't look very cherry looking so probably quite old. Would this cause the ps to have a whining noise? Had a look on here at a guide for changing the fluid which looks pretty straight forward so can give it a go. Just not sure it will make any difference
  10. https://vimeo.com/142860312 Is this the sound of a dying ps pump? Or could it be something else? It sound is louder when I turn the steering wheel but not sure if that means it's related or not. Hopefully the video works [emoji4]
  11. The speed bumps are pretty savage down my road out here. I dont think much thought went into making them when they were first laid. I will have to get a picture of them later or possibly a video to show what I mean. Cyprus has a very relaxed attitude to building regulations so pretty much anything goes which can be a good thing sometimes but also a bad thing too.
  12. I think so Steve. It's on stock suspension so I would say so. It does look slightly exaggerated on the front wheels in a couple of pictures though due to a dip in the surface I was parked on
  13. Thanks guys. Would look nicer lowered a bit but the road bump to get onto my street here is very steep so not really practical. Going to try and get my friend to do some more pictures with sunset and also some night time ones in the city centre.
  14. My last two were lowered and used to be a right pain getting over speed bumps. Now I have no problems at all
  15. Ok so I finally managed to get one of my mates with a proper camera to take a few shots of the car down at a beach down the road from me in Cyprus. Let me know what you all think!!
  16. I'm in the raf currently out in Cyprus [emoji295]️
  17. The filter is a blitz sonic cone style filter which comes inside a metal housing. I cleaned it up after taking photos so will monitor and see how it gets on. Hopefully nothing to worry about but will see
  18. Took the air filter off to give it a good clean yesterday and noticed a small pool of oil collecting in the air filter pipe. Is this normal? Is it anything I should be worried about? If so what checks can I do to narrow down what the issue is? Cheers
  19. Has inspired me to get some decent pictures of mine done. Just need to borrow someone with a decent camera now [emoji38]
  20. What camera was used to take those pictures? Really good pictures. Some of the shots look magazine quality [emoji106]
  21. Have you had the chance to have a look yet mate? Cheers
