  1. If you pay your subs you can then access the "Classified" pages and save yourself.
  2. Gorranuvver? Ididanumber2?
  3. At that time Mr T. hadn't gotten around to sorting out a FBW accelerator pedal? FBW performs at it's best after being thrown in the skip and replaced with a cable and throttle-body in old-money.
  4. Formula Hybrid Strongest box; TT, Aristo & Tiptronic. Strongest torque-converter; TT, Aristo & Tip. (Thickest bolts 12MT x 1?) Strongest bolts - t.c. & crank; TT, Aristo & Tip. (no. 11's) Flex-plate; TT, Aristo, Tip or GS430. (Bigger bolt holes - V8 t.c. & f.p. parts are a lottery) Most efficient compatible valve-body; Supra N/A or GS300. Bell-housing from; engine type used. Transmission cross-member; TT, Aristo, Lexus 5-speed, 2J VVT-i's, LS400, Soarer V8 or GS430. Sump, dipstick & tube, for 1 & 2J; TT, Aristo or Tip. (Larger than GE S6 fluid capacity - largest is GS430 5-speed + re-cal dipstick) Sump, dipstick & tube, for 1UZ; GS430. (Largest V8 fluid capacity + re-cal dipstick) Prop-shaft front section; car box taken from. Prop-shaft tail-section; car box going into. Line-feed cable from; car going into, or bespoke. There are a few internal bits and pieces to swap & tinker with that I have not divulged, to prevent tears.
  5. If you buy it, who will you be?
  6. Bet you a pint that your special one gives the same values as the T.T. MT6 & auto ones.
  7. Perfect for fat Failside and/or Chargespeed Supra-spoilers.
  8. No, the stock gearbox control needs a stock TPS and which the Syvecs would understand.
  9. I have seen the insides of 3 dead boxes. One was a mystery overdrive mechanical failure which reduced it to a 3-speed box with clean fluid and no other issues. (O.D. has less plates and is the weakest gear.) Another was a complete clutches meltdown because the transmission had been wired incorrectly, line pressure cable was not installed and the fluid cooler not plumbed in. Another was a first gear clutch burn-out because the line-feed cable had been incorrectly mounted onto the t.b. cruise-control cam which reversed it's function. Car park burn-outs can easily tear out the second gear sprag if it changes up into second. 2 of the 3 boxes mentioned were because Expert go-faster Professionals didn't know what they were doing except how to write the bill. I don't regard myself as an expert, yet relative to the lack of knowledge in U.K. go-faster garages, that's not what some say. This obsession to Syvec everything including the Teasmade is a costly folly, leaving in the stock ECU to control the Tiptronic transmission would be my choice of install, and to shim up the actuators to speed up gear changes and reduce clutch damaging slip caused from a single turbo waking up. I sorted out Delboy52's V8 FBW VVTI and flappy-paddle transmission issues using 2 ECU's in a similar way and it works a treat.
  10. Other than the Tiptronic valve-body, it's same as a T.T. auto box.
  11. Does that mean that "basically giving" is the same as "giving at a good price", even though nothing was "given" at all.
  12. Yes, but N/A auto wouldn't survive more than stock 1J-GTE torque. Put your open eyes in and click the transmission link in my signature.
  13. If you are paying to have it done 2J-GTE or 1J-GTE is a decision for your wallet, wiring is same for either and don't forget that transmission cost money too.
  14. That's what we have been trying to tell you. Were all of your 4,286 posts made in the Supra prattle pages?
  15. Fault code bridging won't work, but if it's the fuel pump circuit, bridging to fp will get the pump going. You need to establish if it's a spark or fuel issue, then take it from there.
  16. It'll be spark or fuel, bridge live to fp in diagnostic port and see what happens, and a good check of fuses, especially EFI might find it if it's fuel. If fuel is good, does it have a spark?
  17. First charge the battery and check for fault codes.
  18. That untangles it, nearly, the single lot number confusticated me. Cheers.
  19. I'll try again. You bought 2, are they a pair or both right fronts?
  20. Are they a pair, or 2 front right?
