With a small cold-chisel and hammer, carefully open the nut-lock as has been done here, take care not to split it (Pic bluesonic94) With the handbrake on, use a 35mm spanner and undo the nut. Tip: A deep-socket and wrecking-bar or air-spanner is fine to undo it, however, a swan-neck ring-spanner will allow you to see the marks during reassembly. Remove flange, fitting a new oil seal is good idea, fit alternative flange and steadily do the nut back up to EXACTLY where it was before. Re-lock the nut. -
