  1. I have a pair of both front and rear drop links. They are not bushes, but ball joints, all are O.K.
  2. Let me know if you are interested, or these will go in the for sale page?
  3. That is the OEM AIT sensor, it is to monitor induction air temp and can be fitted anywhere along the intake before the throttle body, or in front of air filter as long as the wiring end of the probe stays dry. Mine has been temporarily jammed in the under headlamp intake, and functions here quite happily.
  4. I have a pair of new front upper wishbones you can have for £300 + £10 P&P? Plus a pair of good used drop links for £10
  5. Check you have the correct tyre pressure too.
  6. Didn't know you could get 240's? 235 or 245.
  7. Your front tyres may be one size too wide for the wheels? 240's sound wide for 8J rims. I checked on 'Tyre Bible' but the site no longer has the wheel/tyre width calculator. Suggest you research and confirm.
  8. Further to the loom information from Stefan, and courtesy of Keron, I now have a, with cruise dash loom from a T.T. :) I chose not to change in it's entirety, because of the 7 different types, I was not sure of compatibillity with N/A dash warning lights, etc. and really, really didn't fancy the job of a complete dash removal. So opened it up and picked out just the cruise circuits, these I will use to form a supplimentary loom. All non cruise wires removed, the connector blocks have been left on the ends of cruise wires to show me where they go, then just pop out the matching pins, swop it in and tape up like an Egyption mummy. Simples........ I hope Pleased I chose this route, as I found 4 broken wires in the cruise circuits, 2 cut during previous electrical alterations, 1 loose/disconnected OEM mini spade and 1 damaged/broken wire. I am at the limits of my car 'sparkyness' here, and would have never solved a 4 wire fault after installation, pleased I chose not to bury a nightmare behind the dash. Assuming this spaghetti bypass system works, I still have one last wiring conundrum. The control stalk I am using, came from a 99 Lexus IS200 SE, it is the same form as the Supra 3 spoke cruise stalk and fits perfectly, but I am not sure the wiring is the same, and the w/s manual is not very helpfull. The Lexus stalk uses only 2 connections, but I am suspicious that the Supra stalk has 3 connections into the loom, because that's the amount of connections remaining through the, non-airbag, with cruise column loom and 4 pin 'whirlygoround'. (1 for horn + 3 for cruise? Can't think what another could be for?) I would really appreciate it, if someone who has a Supra cruise stalk, from or on a 3 or 4 spoke wheel, could please post a photograph to answer this? Thank you Edit: P.S. The wires at the bottom are from the tiptronic controls, and will be wired in at the same time via a replacement, 8 pin 'whirlygoround' and column loom.
  9. It is a cat over heat sensor, best left connected and tied back, or you may get an annoying warning light flashing. Mine is still connected and stashed behind the radio, used the hole in exhaust for EGT sensor. Edit: Or you could use for AFR, I didn't mention that because mine is located further back, in first section of exhaust.
  10. For what it costs, would think £15 for carriage. If you are interersted, send me a pm, nearly missed your remark here.
  11. I have a good second cat if you want, you could always use that and poke the insides out of it. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=207117
  12. I am interested in the front bumper trim and the radio adaptor. £10 inc P&P?
  13. I posted the promt, because the pm has been read.
  14. Thank's for that Stefan, That explains the mystery. I will start hunting for an N/A auto with cruise, dash loom, any information of the part number? Or maybe pick the cruise circuit back to the 2 kick panel boxes out of a TT dash loom. Cheers
  15. Heckler, Please respond to my pm?
  16. Engine end, and control end completed, now just the 'pig' in the middle! No reply from Heckler yet.
  17. Yes, but not long ago, along with a link to this thread, I think it say's it all
  18. Rob, There is one last chance. The colours of the wires do not correlate with the Toyota Workshop Bible, but have traced the route of the stop light wire that should go straight to the ECU block, but goes into a bundle that dissapears over the heater matrix. I cannot see from the wiring diagrams where this goes, and it doesn't come out on the other side? I need a 6 pin 'whirlygoround' for the steering column to cope with the cruise, Tipronic controls and horn. I will have a good lurk around at Keron's breakers whilst I am there. They are all TT's, but the ECU is the same. Even if the block is not there, I still plan to get this cruise control in, so anything I can learn about the wiring will be usefull, and an ECU socket will be top of my shopping list. There must be someone out there with this loom in his shed, having a good laugh
  19. Because the under bonnet loom is there and the steering column loom is there too, these wires must go to somewhere, so I am still optimistic of finding the ECU socket.
  20. The cruise ECU is fixed to the dash support frame behind the clock, to see up there you need to remove the 2 x 10mm bolts holding the lower dash panel. If you could manage to take a photo of where the wires go to, it would help. Thank you
  21. Cheers for the lead, I will try and hunt him down. I am still suspicious that it could be tied in the loom over the matrix though, but will look at a breaker before tearing mine apart.
