    Bracing

There is a tapered hole on the end of the master cylinder, so I cut the head off a bolt and filed a matching taper on the end to locate it. Then just drilled a hole in the TRD strut brace and fitted it with a nut on each side. The nut on the inside is 'captive' and doesn't need a spanner. Then adjusted the length to just nip it up snugly. Simples, and works a treat. It stops the 3mm of master cylinder movement, and does give a firmer feel to the brake pedal.

The TRD front strut brace is made of steel and is recognised as being the best of the bunch. The Carbing front strut brace however, includes a brake master cylinder brace. Here's a simple little 'have your cake, and eat it too' mod you might like.
  3. Erm, by the short and curlies Half that + £10 P&P would be about max for the lot if it included the lead. I only need the changer.
  4. First dibs on the auto changer please, or take the lot if I like the price. You forgot to say how much?
  5. I will take the expansion tank please
  6. As long as you have a proper brake pipe spanner, the job should go well enough, just take your time getting the new lines on in a position that allows for suspension movement without any creasing. You will be amazed at how much better the brakes will be. Have fun
  7. When I upraded mine, I removed the front backplates, disc cutter is the simplest way. Rear backplate will need 'redesigning' with the disc cutter too. The lines are held in place with a clip, give it all a good soaking with penetrating fluid the day before you attempt removal, and check for fluid leaks for a couple of days after you have fitted them.
  8. If it doesn't clear, just fit it over the rings that are currently there.
  9. It's a Toyota Avensis start button. No wiring. Pic in the 'Evolution' album in my profile.
  10. I have a new Toyota Avensis start button you can have for a sensible offer. There is a pic of it in the dashboard snaps in my profile album. I couldn't work out how to wire it in, so used an ebay Honda S2000 button because it came with a wiring diagram.
  11. Full kit with Honda 2000 button, relay and wiring diagram on ebay.
  12. Does using a wide band UEGO AFR sensor connected to a standalone ECU, overide the readings from the stock O2 sensor(s)?
  13. Discounted price from Whifbitz: £334.78 + VAT = £393.37 + P+P. Pretty sure £225 for the pair will be around half the RRP of Mr. T.
  14. Around £45 each from Mr T. I have a front drivers side in vgc you can have for £10 posted?
  15. Why is it, that any N/A project, is 'like a red rag to a bull' for the T.T. negative brigade?
