  1. I can't remember the size, but you can see and measure the heater pipes at the back of the head easy enough. You can see the 2 spring clips, but they are difficult to get at to remove and replace. You need to remove these 2 clips and hoses, and the 2 X 10mm bolts to ease the heater assembly away from the fire wall to replace the matrix.
  2. There was nothing wrong with mine, and only replaced it as a 'might as well do it whilst in there' option, whilst changing the dash loom. My hoses were fine, but good idea to replace the 2 clips under bonnet with stainless jubilees, they are a b****** to work with.
  3. This is a Facelift Tiptronic Supra wheel with a Celica centre, (air bag removed) and a TRD badge. But a 3 spoke Celica or MR2 wheel looks the same without the buttons and will fit too.
  4. Here is a snap of a Demisterman unit next to an OEM. It doesn't get as hot, but fits and works fine. The matrix can be changed without loosing the gas from aircon. Just be patient, and brave.
  5. Barney, This might be handy for future reference. N/A cam specs Intake valve dia. 33.5 mm Intake valve lift 8.3 mm Exhaust valve dia. 29.0 mm Exhaust valve lift 8.4 mm Intake opening 3 deg BTDC - 52 deg ABDC Exhaust opening 52 deg BBDC - 4 deg ATDC

  7. Jamie, My car should be ready to run by then, put me on the list. David
  8. dwayne, Thank you for the pdf, that will do nicely. Found a trans pic on ebay too.
  9. I don't believe not a single club member has an N/A auto box gathering dust, somewhere Occasions like this, make me wonder what this site is, or isn't !
  10. I had to take out the prop and put it back in again to measure the length, now Driftmotion have requested a photo of the splines at the back of the trans. I don't want to have to take it out and put it back in again just for a photo. There must be a member with a box who could send me a snap?
  11. Lui, I have bought my ticket for Suprapod online and requested it posted, does this come with a club stand pass? David
  12. Before tearing out the dash to change the matrix, check the air con drip pipe has not come off. You will find it in the passenger foot well, just above the ECU.
  13. There must be someone with an N/A auto box?
  14. Is there someone with an N/A auto trans in the garage? If so, I need a photograph of the rear that shows detail of the splined mainshaft please.

    Hi Members Club

Hello, That's a handle that sparks 'egomagination'
  16. Whatever floats your boat. Are you planning :flame:s behind the wheels too?
  17. Looking good, do you plan a colour change, or are you sticking to good old 199?
  18. I was the 'friendly mate' who photographed the TPS pages in the manual and posted the jpeg's. I was also the friendly mate who, five days ago, recommended you changed the TPS. Like I said, be methodical. We can only help you if you help yourself.
  19. Unless you are 'methodical', you will never resolve this problem. Did you ever sort out error code 25? If not, you need to check water temp sensor, air temp sensor and maybe distributor sensor. However, you appear to have, maybe, found an issue with the TPS, yet have not resolved this either? Excuse me, but if you can't work out if your TPS is working or not, I would suggest that tearing the ECU apart is not the best idea!
  20. Barney, If it helps, I have an AEM 30-1100 ECU. It is destined to go into my NA HHO H2O/CH3OH SS GT build, which I was planning to run at Suprapod. However, there are delays with the HHO system and the prop shaft, and I am working 12 hour days, 6 day weeks for the next couple of months, so it's not possible for me to complete the project and have it set up in time for the occasion. I will take the Supra to be there, but won't be running it. This means the AEM ECU will be sitting on the book shelf untill Sept/Oct, or if it helps, could get your 'Cinderella' to the ball untill midnight? David
  21. If you get no readings in any position, it sounds as though your TPS is not functioning, and needs replacing.
  22. Hello, I put my details onto the Sky site 4 days ago, yet have received no call? David
  23. Thank's for the input I have had another look at mine, but not had time to do anything. It came from a Supra that died suddenly. I cant see anything misshapen, but it looks as though a tweak here and there should sort it out.
  24. Here's a closer snap. Is the reach of the spoiler adjustable then?
  25. Evin, I don't have cause to go to Northamptonjam very often. Jamie, That's why I was wondering if the lips were slightly different.
