  1. Let us recap. In response to the question of another club member, I make an informative post, which for reasons known only to yourself, inspires you to change the subject and then threaten me! Quite justifiably, I respond by calling you a tw@t, to which you quite correctly, agree. Surely that is fete acomple’. But no, you continue to expose that you are an argumentative and nasty individual and proceed to brazenly display the pshycopathic side of your nature. I admit that I am tinkering with ways to improve both the power and efficiency of the 2JZA80, which I would hope to be quite reasonable to believe to be of interest to a group of enthusiast Supra owners such as here. Except in your case, strangely, this would appear to be what is troubling your instability. I have also posted a humourous comment, identified quite clearly with a wink. However, so far unrestrained by moderation, your phsycopathy has been encouraged to greater heights of furor, now even trying to influence others to alli your stupidity, by implying that this wink was an insult from myself to all other members, and now actively court their support for your dickthippery. You have indeed proudly accepted the title of ‘King Tw@t’, which you have recomposed to ‘resident twat’, which implies that there are ‘others members’ you regard as lesser twats than yourself. I sincerely hope that this self proclaimation sticks like sh!t to a blanket. I have requested moderation for your out of order activities, but as yet no response has been forthcoming, let us hope that their tactic is to give you enough rope for a good hanging, because it is my belief that to allow your disgraceful behaviour to continue, would only serve to encourage the lesser twats you have implied, to persevere to atain your level of expertise and to aid you to further devalue the site.
  2. Could a moderator please do us all a favour, and make ScottM's user title wish come true.
  3. That is most probably because you are a prime example of dross that requires pruning.
  4. No prob, I am quite content for you to continue being King Tw@t.
  5. Whatever you would like to call it, this is the component in question, and provides an explanatory depiction of the solution. Please excuse my positive, helpful and unsupraclublike demeanour.
  6. Changing a mini engine is about as complicated as changing your socks.
  7. The snorkel is made of steel so thin it can be cut with scissors, then just pipe the edge with small diameter rubber hose. It looks like this when done.
  8. With an email inc 'engineering.com' Maybe retrofitting the oil squirters to this underated variant, and then selling them on for a healthy profit to blinkered T.T. owners who then wouldn't need cats for an MOT, maybe!
  9. This Saturday I am going on a Supra road trip. My aim is to drop off a set of wheels at Mc D M25 J16, drop off skirts/spats for jagman at AFR and pick up a T.T. bellhousing from dude, collect JamieP's seats from SRD, pick up an N/A trans from Portsmouth and on to Sheerness to pick up a T.T. trans from Miguel. The reason I am posting this, is on the off chance there could be a club member going to either AFR or SRD from either Portsmouth or Sheerness who would be kind enough to drop off a trans for me? Bit of a lottery ticket, but you have to get lucky sometimes!
  10. It looks like the Failside Supras' have just been knocked off the top of the body kit abortion list.
  11. Thank you for the encouragement, it's coming together nicely. Everything is so tight, I need to reduce the external dimensions of each component and relocate bits and pieces to create space before I can even begin to see the final configuration. Keron has found me a bonnet to play with and some rubbers to mount the X300 pre rads, the Lexus throttle body will be here tomorrow and I have ordered the bonnet scoop from the U.S. I am collecting the pieces to shuffle around. There are many little modifications to make to most components and having several things on the go at once means that when one job grinds to it's next technical pause, I can continue and progress with another This start/stop progress gives me thinking time to plan the workarounds, because the best solutions are not always the first. I am waiting delivery of a new angle grinder, then the pruning resumes.
  12. m4tt101 photo morphed this picture for me, so I have copied it into the thread. Thank you Positioned 2 or 3" further down the bonnet, lowered to the bodyline at the back, bonded on and blended in like the Tacoma bonnet in thumbnail. It will look a beast of a supe with that scoop and go like greased lightening.
  13. I have started to tinker with the throttle body, and it looks like there will be a lot of tinkering to be done here. Picture show how tight the space and the position under the charger. The mock-ups are with a reversed 65mm N/A t.b. but they make more sense when you see the picture of the 1990 Lexus 400 75mm throttle body, that is in the post to me. The Supra cable ramps should be a straightish hybrid OE swopover, the Lexus t.b. does not have an idle control valve, but I can cut one out of an N/A t.b. and weld it onto induction pipe. This will be a shoehorn job in every direction. Picture of the mounting bracket so far, before the angle grinder ground to a halt, studs fitted for new rear mounts on charger and inverted induction connector elbow.
  14. I am chuffed to be able to see my thoughts Please don't forget the request for a; Oh and lasers, lasers are cool.
  15. Josh, I might have but it was a genuine thank you. Matt, Even better, thank you too. It is starting to look good. With this scoop lowered at the back, bonded on and blended in like this Tacoma bonnet, I think it will look the 'nuts'
  16. The good news is; the engine is back in the rally car, which has freed up the engine stand for this project. Now the dog can see the rabbit. The bad news is; halfway through cutting the steel for the mounting bracket, the brushes in the disc cutter gave up the ghost. Six mm steel plate is hard work with a hacksaw, three mm aluminium is a lot easier, so cut the patches for the rocker covers which are now taped into place ready for welding. I have also drilled, tapped and studded the bottom of the charger to regain a fixing at the rear and married this to the partly formed top plate.
  17. Cheers for that, a few nails in the rear n/s corner and some filler and it will look O.K.
  18. I have a Zunsport on mine, and they have sent me a Loyalty Card which gets 15% discount. If you decide to get one, drop me a pm and I will give you the card no.
  19. It's gone a bit quiet? Could some please photoshop the bonnet. I do not have this program and would like to make sure it would not look a pig before I order it. If the angle is not close enough, I can take another snap. Thank you.
  20. The mounting lugs plus a washer, is the datum for a nice parallel bottom. When test fitting, the charger was hard up against the throttle body and on the wonk by around 10mm. Yet even so, I am now up to an 18mm spacer and still have room to spare before making contact with the new cap. Now we're cooking with gas.
