Adam, stop hiding your proto "Z" under a bushel and post a build thread.

The thread fizzled out! There are some pics somewhere of it installed in a Supra, I will look there. Here is a pic of a 1G-GZE supercharged engine and pic 4 off that Google page link, an N/A engine with the 1G-GZE supercharger. (It's in there somewhere?) One of these would fit just as sweetly onto a T.T. or single set up.

Yes, that's what I have been looking for, I was curious to learn what charger it was, I will go and study the thread. Thank you maybe your not such a --@- after all. I have been looking into the fit of the 1G-GZE supercharger onto the 2JZA80-GTE engine. Not that I am planning to do it, I am still busy with my 2JZA80-GZE project, but I just love these scrapyard challenges.

It did work I thought the pics would be random. 1 and 15 are the twincharged 2JZA80-GTZE, but it is not with the 1G-GZE charger, but number 4 is a 2JZA80-GE with the 1GZE charger which is the one I think easiest to fit to a 2JZA80GTE. I hope that makes sense?

Yes I know, and interested to learn more about twin charging a Supra. Here is the page, but not sure it will link. http://www.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&source=hp&biw=1276&bih=604&q=Supercharged+Supra&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=&oq=

I don't have m.s. paint, or any other program that converts from BMP to JPG, but if no-one can be arsed, so be it. I am quite content with my 2JZA80-GZE, yet I misguidedly assumed that there would be interest in a 2JZA80-GTZE, (big single turbocharged and supercharged) (twincharged) Supra. Maybe it's too prototypical, or not many understand the engine codes.
  7. Shane still has his N/A for sale.

I tapped 'Supercharged Supra' into Google images and there is a couple of pics of a 2JZA80-GTZE, they are BMP files and I can't convert them to JPG. This may be of interest to some, so if anyone could import them...........
  9. Casual health pill popping can bring on these intollerances. Glucosamine encourages shellfish allergies.
  10. A galvanised erection.
  11. Food has been made idiot proof, however, society is producing better idiots.
  12. There are barely any Supra's in Poland, when I drove through there in mine, you wouldn't believe the 'offers' made.

A foopar on my part for not putting on my specs, (Plymouth - Portsmouth) yet if he likes him that much, I would sooner not be there to help it out.
  14. That post reminds me of an episode of Tom and Jerry, where Tom tied a rope from a bent flag pole to a competing cats tail and let the pole go, it went so quickly, the only thing left was it's eyes.
  15. Cheapest option is to weld in a Spiraflow Muffler, they are very compact and cause no restriction, each one will remove 7dB and sound good too.
  16. PIAA box next to battery, PIAA box under centre console and PIAA button under steering wheel. Sounds like a passenger ejector seat system to me.
  17. This works well for me with an oil cooler mounted behind n.s. vent. A Supra oil filter relocation block converted to accept a Fram PH4854, using a bespoke M20-1.5 to 3/4"-16 bush. This upgrade fits snugly just above the fuel filter, and is nice and easy to get at for a 'clean' oil change. Plus 1 litre oil capacity. Extra oil cooling. Easier access. Hex head - 27mm. Available from local Motorfactor. If it were painted purple, maybe everybody would want one
  18. It's more like an epic half-build at the mo. There are a couple of minor things to attend to, a leaky bypass valve butterfly and need a slightly longer hose on the back of it. The bonnet will be a challenge because the swirl pot is in conflict with the main rail at the back, but can't fit it much lower. Hopefully the transmission can be hybridised in a day once I have managed to get it up from Portsmouth and the multiple installations of pre rads, water/meth and HHO will begin when the weather improves a little more.
  19. Thank you for the compliment, I am chuffed with the result. I hope Homer answered your question. No-one could really understand what I was doing until I had done it! This has been constructed without drawings from a plan in my head and almost without use of a tape measure. The components sourced are the closest I could find to what I needed to fit and avoid reinventing wheels, then 'adjusted' with the angle grinder to become a piece of the 3D jigsaw. Space has been premium and components simply located where they would fit, even so, it has been built for ease of maintenence. The jig engine only tells half the tale, the conversion follows the lines of the inner wings and chassis rail.
  20. Exactly, yet not following the well trodden Supra pilgrimage of T.T.6, BPU, big single is beyond the comfort zone for many. .
  21. Would that be the marijuana or sex toys museum? My girfriend enjoyed both.
