That looks to be a reasonably epic fail. In the 4th pic, the journal on the left looks as though it has been 'cack' for sometime, did the charger have any oil in it? Hope you haven't sucked a crock of problems into the engine!

They look identical to me and fit perfectly too, it's only 2 screws, try it and see. The only difference I can think there could be is a stronger solenoid to resist the boost pressure?

I have stripped the bypass valve down to it's component parts and found that the casting had a flaw before it was machined. No amount of TLC is going to correct it, so it looks as though I will have to find another and start again.

Plug and play, you get 180mph and 300kph display and is compatible with active spoiler and cruise functions. I really don't know why folks dick about with converters that dick about and cost more than a real one!

The best way is to simply fit a mph speedometer. The recorded km can be converted to m by specialist but don't have details.

I have been having a final tinker with the fit and function of all the components, a little filing, grinding, shimming, trimming of hose lengths, finding some hose clips and treating the ICV to it's very own little K&N filter. I have improved the fit of the bypass valve butterfly, yet sure I can better it yet. Assembling these perfectly fitting bespoke components that were formed by my own hand is quite satisfying.
