  1. £1872 + P&P or £299 and a free gap
  2. I asked on here looking for a cheap pre owned one, looks like you just put the expected price up Any feedback on these? http://www.madmotors.co.uk/ibk-toyota-supra-93-97-d-luck-bonnet.html?source=googleps&id=12714
  3. I am still scratching my bald patch re. the bonnet for my project. I have been looking at this Do-Luck version, I reckon I could save reinventing a wheel and mod the inside of this to clear the supercharger and charge-cooler? Does anyone have one of these to sell, or trade with a 199a silver U.K. spec or red/white J spec bonnet?

  5. I have man flu and don't feel up to much, but can't leave it alone. So to scratch the itch, I have in supercharger readiness, extended the wires for the ICV on the GE loom and tied them back out of the way. Only a little job, but one less to do.
  6. I need the crimpng tool to change to the old type of HT lead connectors and fit the pre 92 4Runner distributor cap. Does anybody have one I could use?
  7. Thank you, but now the Lexus one is shoe horned in, it's staying there. The only mods the engine loom will need is to extend the wires to the TPS and ICV. I will do that to the car engine loom so that when the conversion goes on it will be plug & play. Thank you for the TT throttle and cruise cables. You wouldn't happen to have an M112 bypass valve gathering dust too? This conversion 'conversation' will soon be torque talk.
  8. Yes please, that will do very nicely. Thank you for the offer, but it looks like I just hit the jackpot.
  9. Anyone have either or both of these, I need them for the supercharger conversion.
  10. Excuse me that 'tickled' me, happy hunting.
  11. Hello Shane & Mike, welcome aboard, now we are 5. Please add a Supra related supercharger photo or 2 to the group. For reference, I have uploaded some new Supra supercharger links. If you know of any more, please post the link and I add them to the list.
  12. Have a good look for a vacuum leak, and check the PCV and the throttle buterfly are clean and not sticking.
  13. Thank you. Just the reject Jag bypass valve to replace and I will declare the job jobbed. Parry, Have you undone those 2 screws?
  14. I dropped and broke the T.T. ICV I was using for my supercharger build. Here's a pic of an N/A ICV on a T.T. ICV flange, on this untested installation it is located in vacuum like an N/A.
  15. Yes I think it would be, and a T.T. cruise cable too, but I haven't been able to find any used ones.
  16. These jobs fight you all the way, it's just another wind-up, but look on the bright side, at least it was kind enough to do it close to home and when fixed you will have a sweeter, donkeyless whine to listen to.
  17. I fitted the final water/meth nozzle, and put it back together with it's new piggy-back K&N, finished off the insulation, (the centre section is on-and-offable for installation) tidied up the oil breather plumbing and had a transmission cable route mock-up. The stock N/A trans cable is about 1" too short to reach, maybe I can find a way to gain a bit? Just the Jag XKR Supercharger bypass valve to replace. I will ask the Main dealer for a price, but the one I have now was new and a dud. Let me know if you spot a used one, they are thin on the ground on ebay at this time. Good news is; I will be picking the donor N/A trans up on 4th April.
  18. Is this problem N/A ICV on a car or on the bench?
  19. I think it's because the T.T. valve has to resist boost and needs a better nipping up than the N/A that is only resisting suck. The thread sizes are the same so any difference can't be demanding, just a better fixing because it needs it. Have a go and find out, it will be useful information for future reference.
  20. They are bu**ers to get out, I use a small pair of mole grips from the side to crack them, then undo with a screwdriver. Refitting with little allen head bolts, 6p each from the local Ironmongers. I have measured both today, and the dimensions and reach are the same with both, they are a perfect interchangable fit and the electric sockets are the same. The difference could be the power of the solenoid, or Mr. T. just getting frisky with part numbers, stick it on and see. Also maybe there will be a sparky minded member who could tell you how to test for this.
  21. Shane's ( http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/member.php?6423-Shane ) is a good unbent one, but auto, but the right price. Keron has 'new' one's in regularly.
  22. £3,700 more for less, we could all do with access to wallets like yours.
