I have owned this UK six speed car for about 8 years after buying it from the original owner who's a mate and never tracked it or abused it. Since I got it, it has done 6 track days and two Nurburgring days and two long fast trips round Europe. I've always used Mobile 1, changed diff and gear oil each year with Toyota stuff.
Mods include:
• Chip
• APEXI controller
• Exhaust
The question is, at 70,000 miles is there anything that needs to be changed that causes catastrophic failure in these cars - timing gear, turbo's disintegrating into the engine etc that should be changed before this happens?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
