sparco wheels are bloody expensive! i have sparco wheels very very similar to this but in bronze (they were white tho) and the supra is lilac, im selling em soon too 17's edit sorry first picture didnt realise how big it was

meal replacements are if u want to loose weight buddy. dont beleive all the crap about oh its good if u cant find the tme to eat. make some sandwiches and take em to work or cook some chicken the night before take it to work the next day and eat it, perfectly safe to do so i used to do it all the time, derek poudstone does it. tuna mayo and some pasta in a tupperwear container, yoghurts, cereal bars ham and cheese sandwiches. can u tell i disagree with MRP plus maximuscle is over rated and expensive IMO

you dont like fruit and veg? so u dont like something as simple as potatoes? eat meat red and white (steaks mince pork fish chicken) rice and pasta etc etc there is so muhc more you can eat than fruit and veg to be healthy on saying that i cant beleive you wont eat something for the sake of building muscle or being healthy. shit id drink shark piss if i thought it would make my deadlift any better

interesting thread lol some people really like to eat lol 0800 4 weetabix 500ml milk edit forgot about my bacon and eggs lol 1030 300 grams mince made into burgers 2 scoops whey protien 500ml milk 1230 2 tuna mayo sweet corn sarnies 1500 300 grams mince brgers again with a hand full of oven chips 2scoops whey protien 500ml milk 1900 2 chicken breasts and rice or pasta 2100 ill find a snack of some kind probably a sausage sarnie i really like to eat lol... plus my other hobby is competitive powerlifting lol

rgiht these original gatso jobbies not the forward facing ones wih the red lenses or the average speed cameras but the 'good' ole fashion gatso..... the ones that flash twice, i was flashed by one today but i was driving todwards it and it was on the other side of the road it flashed facing towards me when my drivers windoe was almost inline with the camera..... so to cap it of it wasnt pointing in my direction of travel!!!! will i get a ticket?

hey new under this name had another one but cant remember it lol. never really used it and i never paid the fee to join the club as i was out of the country all the time. here are a coupl of pictures hope they aint too big for the site. got her all registerd on a K plate now as she is very early 1993. 82000kms, manual, NA need to find one of those things that sits in the rear bumper and holds the number plate as the UK plate doesnt fill it properly and u can see a hole in the bumper... not good have since polished the head lights!

Hi mate that was me, ive been over seas with it for 3 years just returned to flipping ages to get it regsterd, need to sort out rear number plate housing gonna get a square one for the front too. it is lilac glad you noticed although its in dire need of a wash, yours looked freakin hot man!! standard but very clean i like it. oh and the front and rear bumper were hand made copys of the Veilside D1GT kit for a mazda RX8
