Hi there Rick Yes it is running BPU. Im in Penrith which is roughly 15mins from Carlisle and 10 mins from Lake Ullswater. Yep the car will have an N reg as the plate currently on is my private plate which is not included im afraid.

Thanks for the positive comments everybody. Really Appreciate them. Lifes gonna be so miserable when its gone My only theory as to why the F-con was installed was perhaps the owner in Japan had plans to do a single turbo install or it might of had one previously even. No idea just a pure guess.

The ecu was already in the car when i imported it. So im guessing Japan. I wanted to test out how the car feels with and without the ecu. Are there any risks from removing it and driving it as normal?

Thanks for the reply guys! My car is only running bpu level but has this Hks ecu. What major advantages will i have compared to a normal bpu supra without an ecu?? Should it in theory be running slightly more power? Just asking because the only cars i ever see run with this ecu are the single turbo supras.

I only know one other guy from cumbria that drives a soop and thats AJI. Never see any others where i am at all.

That place used to be called M.I.R motors. Maybe a different owner now but they used to advertise on pistonheads a few years back. ...Well anyways a friend of mine purchased a honda integra from M.I.R. He had all kinds of issues with it ie lots of faulty and missing little parts. Mileage was another 8k more than what was advertised. The biggest problem was when he come to sell it he was told by potential buyers that his car was actually a cat d write off as they had done a hpi on his car. So he tried and tried to speak to the guy that sold him the car but they just messed him around..and then a few months down the line mir became autopoint. Pretty unlucky
