  1. or if anyone would happen to be with their supra (if they have j spec rears) and have a tape measure handy id be really grateful
  2. Hello would anyone know the size in diameter at the largest point of j spec rear brake setup? im looking for new wheels and need to check the inside barrel of the wheel is a big enough diameter to clear j spec brakes on the rear
  3. Thanks mate yeah the fluid leaks was slight corrosion in one of the metal elbows, another was just a copper gasket on the banjo bolt and the last was the crank seal so they weren't very costly which was nice but also had the alternator to rebuild as the regulator had gone and a hose to replace that split and throw coolant all over the floor. All seems to be running fine so far and holding all types of fluid where they should be Think I will probably keep it green does need tidying up though but thats last job
  4. has anyone been to look at this? I really like the kit but has been for sale so many times surely it must have real issues
  5. Thanks mate cheers for your help on the wheels im still trying to find a pair cos not alot of choice in that size lol
  6. Mine is in red but has stitching if its any good as a reference
  7. Some of you will remember the green single turbo auto that was for sale on ebay with quite a few problems back august last year... (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?336249-Doing-my-bit-for-the-Supra-world!!!&highlight=green+ebay) well she's now roadworthy and on our streets again there is still alot to do to finish off the conversion properly and make it into the car I want it to be but as of yesterday she is now on the road again Some pics of her with my mates 370Z last night and also one of her in works car park this morning
  8. Your getting the hang of this polishing job mate looking great
  9. Got a few more pics now of the engine bay being smoothed nicely im not going for a wire tuck as I want everything nicely accessible but just want a nice tidy smooth look to it

  12. This is definitely a winner just done rough quotes now, thanks mate
  13. really wow thankyou for that mate thats awesome alot better than ccw were quoting me on the phone lol Thanks for the advise mate yeah looking at DNK's comment that definitely seems the best way to go Iv actually just ordered some bits from them using that discount actually lol, cheers for the heads up
  14. ahh see although really expensive I could live with that... thanks il see what joy I get talking to Lee and Jurgen today but will bear fedex in mind then
  15. Yeah they didn't give me an exact quote for postage they just said they have known it to be $2200 for postage to UK before, although sitting down I almost fell off my seat Yeah there is knowone I know in the states but I do have family in Canada so was wondering whether rules might be different that I could possibly get it sent to them and then they could forward it on to me maybe.... I need to look into that though as I have no idea wow yeah that adds alot to it Yeah just had a whatsapp message off a mate saying that too so I might give Lee a shout today to see what he says cheers
  16. Good idea cheers il call him tomorrow Ahh I see hadn't thought of that, thanks for the heads up Just had a thought and could be a silly thought but are there many import laws between the states and Canada? I have family in Canada so could get it delivered to them and then they could send it on to me if there is any benefit in that?
  17. I'm looking at buying 2 wheels from CCW in America but the shipping cost they gave me is... Well let's just say I was glad I was sitting down. They told me that people get better prices by using freight companies that get the parcel sent to them and then ship over to me after.... Has anyone had experience in this or can recommend good companies that do this - - - Updated - - - Or any method of importing wheels from CCW?
  18. Is company for the double room included? if so then I may be up for a trade....
  19. Id agree with Greg (Sheefa) and keep them on, if you dont like them then thats fair enough and personal taste but aslong as you like them then id say use them no use preserving them for someone else to use when you can be using them yourself
  20. Ahh sorry forgot that bit Unless of any big problems the green Supra will be on the road in a few days time so I will bring that reg number M93CRV
  21. nice one well worth it mate
  22. Thanks mate Tim at TB Developments (a trader on here) sourced it for me, give him a PM when you come to looking and he'l give you a best price etc..
