Just an update on timing... I did have mapping booked for 10th July but unfortunately iv had to move this date back, the shell is all ready but just awaiting on the engine (through no fault of Tims, the machine shop he uses decided to not tell us that they were going on a 3 week holiday which screwed us over abit on times). New mapping date though is 2nd August (5 weeks yesterday) so providing all go's to plan then cant wait for that date

Iv done my level 3 in personal training and my recommendation would be as mentioned a few times above that natural food sources are the best by far, get some extra chicken in you and some eggs (boiled not fried). people who struggle to consume enough protein through food or dislike types of food they need for high protein are the main people that use shakes (with obvious exceptions of body builders etc that need a mass amount more). If going for a shake then id recommend USN (Ultimate Sports Nutrition) as a brand and maybe go for their "pure protein" range (many are good though just thats my favourite from experience) but your body can use natural sources so much easier

I thought it might of been but only saw a really quick glimpse, I was only in the Civic so you wouldn't of seen me lol, looking good though bud and very early to be about on a sunday

Iv just bought some brighter bulbs to go in so hoping that will be legal not sure on the limits so dont really know if its legal now or not but thought it would be a little safer to get brighter bulbs Nope, when I brought the car I got a device called "grom car audio" off ebay that is a little box with a lead that connects into the CD changer port in the back of the radio, it basically tricks the car into thinking it is a CD changer but it play any music off your phone via cable or via bluetooth and does phone too

A photo from Ibrar of after they were powdercoated and tyres fitted... A photo next to my other rears showing how much larger the diameter is Then Pics of them trial fitted on the car... Spending most of my time doing the Supra project where everything has to be done 100% perfect and using only the very top parts available I turned my hand to another project which has a slightly bigger "let loose" and "fun" element to it..... For my daily I have a 2007 Honda Civic 2.2 cdti (or as I call him... Barry) which although he does the job perfect for what I want him for he doesn't exactly have a wow factor about him and he's not worth much money so I thought what a great platform to have some fun and modify in a DIY fashion with very little money thrown at him and I decided to murder him out by going black everything!!!! Here's what happened.... First of all I took some photo's of what he looked like before I touched anything so I could compare the results.... Then up he goes on the ramp Starting to strip him down... Here's a few sneaky pics showing hints of how he would turn out... Then here is how he came out... Then just for fun (couldn't help myself) I know this wouldn't be to many peoples taste but I actually quite like it and only cost the price of a few Halfords spray cans, some tint film and some tint spray

Yesterday (Sunday 18th June) saw a Blue Supra (possibly fastcar on here didn't see it well enough) travelling on the road that passes KFC and goes toward the macdonalds roundabout at around 6:30ish in the morning? also yesterday saw the silver supra (pictured below) parked at harvester in Gloucester between 2pm and 3pm.... had an unpainted veilside front bumper too
