  1. I have a facebook page for mine where I do proms, weddings and events but im an hour and a half south of you so cost would probably work out quite alot when fuel costs are factored in but as in the above post if you put a thread up in that section we have quite a few members close to you that im sure would be willing to do it
  2. Still got some of these Only the slip control switch sold
  3. For sale are my HKS 1000cc injectors thats come off my 2JZ-GTE pictured below These were in perfect working order when removed. Price £275 posted (wasn't sure what these are worth but gauging against other top brand injectors like asnu for this size I think this seems really reasonable)
  4. Finally this is the year where I have a ticket and will be joining you guys
  5. Well its been quite a productive weekend in terms of privacy. Me and Dad had 2 long days and finished off enclosing the shed by putting up all the sheets on the front, we now have a fully enclosed shed with locked doors on the front so the neighbours can no longer snoop on us while we are inside the shed We did have quite a few stares from them over the hedge and the first of which was closely followed by yet another bonfire but we just ignored them totally and carried on with things Thanks all for your advice, knowledge and input, its such a great community here This is exactly what we have been doing this weekend, we had 2 really long days but managed to put up all the sheets for the front of the shed so now is completely closed in and quite a few times we were out we turned around and just saw her head poking over the hedge staring at us (they dont make it discrete) so we just ignored her and then the predictable bonfire started about 10 minutes after the first time we saw them. Think she was just upset that she can no longer nose inside our shed as its all closed in and locked up Yeah I was kind of thinking that but didn't really know the rules on it, Mum has noted the conversation where they said they had taken photo's down so thats good to know thanks Perfect thankyou mate yeah we didn't think that it would require a change of use but were unsure on where to find out the info so thats brilliant thanks When it comes to my family this method would definitely appeal to me aswell but I got to respect Dads wishes as I dont want to make things worse for them in a tit for tat kind of battle Thanks mate yeah Mum's noted that conversation where they said that they had been taking photo's so we can state a time and words said if anything comes of it
  6. Id say thats the best purchase you could of made mate, an outstanding car thats had the upmost care and love put into its upkeep. Will be keeping an eye on this thread
  7. Great article mate and nice looking Supra too On the Adrian Flux conversation one of my main drawbacks is the limited mileage scheme, I am honest in my estimated mileage at times of quote but dont like the fact that if I done a few more things than planned then my insurance could be cut short.
  8. Love this project bud a 1A1 single turbo V160 aero is going to be something special
  9. Great update mate she's going to be a beauty
  10. Thanks mate a great response. Hahaha I do like the idea of a fake planning notice for a car repairs building Yeah Dad is alot closer to retaliation for reporting their actions and the things they do like the bonfires they have etc and is thinking about using a phone or something in his pocket to record the conversations they have as they are really vile in how they talk to him about the issues they are creating but he's still not wanting to go down that route quite yet. Im not sure what their professions were tbh but yeah id say they are a relatively wealthy retired couple as its a good value of house that they live in. Im not sure on their age either but id assume they are a relatively newly retired couple (mid to late 60's at a guess)
  11. Nice one thats going to be a beast mate good luck with the results
  12. Yep there is a hedge between Dads land and their garden that is the boundary, I did think that must be something like invasion of privacy but not sure the laws on that. Hahaha haven't got any children no but I see your thinking lol Ahh ok thanks mate il have a look Yeah thats more why its getting to Dad quite alot as he is really respectful of things like that so its only in daylight hours that we are using it and the noise level is at a minimum so it causes no disruption to Dads neighbours life in the slightest. Wow thats terrible about your Dads neighbour too, really not sure what goes through some peoples minds. Awesome thankyou mate that was my thinking as to me the only issue can be if we were using it for business use in effect by working on other peoples cars and charging them for it but all the vehicles that go on the ramp are owned by Me, Mum or Dad so is only for our own maintenance/modifications but was hoping to find it somewhere written down but judging from responses on here it seems fairly clear cut that we shouldn't need the backup of it written anywhere (hopefully anyway). Hahahaha that is definitely what I would like to do mate Hahahaha if I can persuade my Dad then yes this is happening
  13. Hahahaha nah im on board with this way of thinking but gotta respect Dads wishes on how he wants to handle them
  14. hahahaha that is definitely what I want to do but Dad doesn't want to cause any more agro (understandably)
  15. Yeah im thinking that they cant do anything when they come out as I cant see any way that we are in the wrong in what were doing but 100% know that they will have reported it and not that they are only saying it as thats the type of people they are. Just seeing if we can find anything stating that working on your own vehicles on your own agricultural property is fine just so we got things in backup for whatever they say when they come out.
  16. Yeah my Mum has kept photos of our grounds and house when they have had these bonfires just to show the extent of how bad they are incase it gets to that but they are only keeping them as backup incase they are needed as they dont want to start a battle of things with the neighbours as they fear the neighbours will just be worse and worse if thats the case.
  17. I never knew such a thing existed...
  18. Their neighbours told them that they had reported them mate so expecting someone around about it any day Yeah that is exactly true, they came from a city to a place out in the countryside in Hereford.
  19. Hahahaha love that photo. Yeah my parents are both really easy going people who just turn an eye to it as to save the hassle of it all but its starting to really upset them now. I dont actually know the name of who it is they reported it to but its the people about use of land as its stated as being agricultural (Don't think Dad mentioned the name to me when he told me about it) Yeah I cant see myself how it can be doing wrong as the only way I can see it being wrong is it we were working on other peoples cars and charging them but its all our own vehicles. Both, an example of a few types is whenever my parents are outside doing anything (mowing the lawn, watering the veg, putting washing on the line etc...) they always start a massive bonfire which is only metres away from our hedge (they only do it when the wind is blowing our way) which is mainly greenary and offcuts as it smokes more but never is a bonfire going when my parents are inside or not got washing out (The amount of smoke is ridiculous Mum has kept photo's of the house just covered in smoke from it) and when I went down to politely ask them to stop it the one time as my 95 year old Nan was around and it was so bad we could smell it really strong in the house and Nan's not the best of health I was told "To get double glazing and it wouldnt be a problem" and they refused to put it out. Another example would be the neighbours the other side of them have a dog... a really nice natured dog who like any dog does bark when people approach his house but other than that is totally quiet and well behaved... Our neighbours went down bouncing a ball outside their house to get their dog to bark loads to then have evidence that the dog was barking all the time and complain about the noise and saying the dog should be put down. When they came out to them because of the complaint we had enough people in our area to back up that the dog is totally fine and that it is the neighbours always causing trouble. Luckily or their family pet could of potentially been put down because of it.
  20. Thanks yeah thats along the lines of what I say to Dad, he could park one of the tractors next to their hedge and leave it on full throttle but he says he doesn't want to start down that route as it will be constant retaliation where no one will be the winner it would just be one is a bigger loser than the other. Their house is down a driveway and can see our barn overtop of their garden hedge, The barn is currently open on the front so they have been taking photos over the hedge of inside the barn. We are looking to close this up now though as my white Supra (my baby) will be going in soon and dont want to risk them doing anything so it will be fully closed in and locked but because the white supra will be in the barn and on the ramp for a relative length of time (a month or so) we were just checking 100% on the rules and trying to find somewhere stating that we can do this for our own vehicles for when the inspectors come round after the complaint. So far Dad is just thinking from a health and safety point of view that if he is told its for agricultural use only and nothing else at all then they can be responsible for his health and safety climbing under the cars on axel stands to do any maintenance when he has a perfectly good 2 post lift in the barn.
  21. I wont go into to much detail as I dont want this to be easily searchable through google or anything but basically my parents have the neighbours from hell (and quite possibly worse). My parents are 2 of the nicest and quietest natured people around who will do more than anything for anyone (a few people on here know them and would all say the same) but they have a couple who live in the house next door who dont work and just sit at home conjuring up ways to cause trouble for people and cause hassle on others lives... they have been doing this for quite a while and alot of the things they do and have done is totally unbelievable without actually seeing it first hand they really are that bad but the issue im asking about is the latest of their vindictiveness as someone on here may be able to help out with knowing the full rules... My parents live on farmland that my Dad farms, on this farmland he has a big shed which is stated as being for Agricultural use as Dad has forklifts and tractors etc that he keeps in this shed but he also has a 2 post ramp in it for working on the machinery and also for maintenance of all our cars. We've had a few cars up on the ramp of late for general maintenance and jobs as were not going to roll underneath the car on axel stands when we have a 2 post ramp in the shed. Their lovely neighbours however have taken photo's of all the cars that have been on the ramp and reported us for using the ramp for our cars when its stated as for agricultural use. Surely we shouldn't have to risk climbing under a car on axel stands when we have a car ramp in the shed to work on the cars nice and safely and on our own property? I can see that if we were using it to work on other peoples cars and charge money for income then I would totally see their point but we are only using it for our own personal cars and noise levels are always at a minimum (especially as we could be making loads of noise using agricultural machinery). Does anyone know the true ruling on this or where I can go to find out?
  22. Have you got it on show in the Museum?
  23. Not really tempted but if I was to get bored and have a change then it would be one of: Skyline R34 GTR Veilside Fortune RX7 Or if they came down in price abit (which I cant see happening) then a Lamborghini Diablo is the dream
