  3. Looks beautiful Jazz, incredible build. Which are you hoping will be your first show? Definitely need to get a peak of this
  4. Thankyou mate yeah a rear diffuser has been on my mind for a while now but I keep going to and from the idea, will definitely consider it again after im finished with the current plans Yes mate I used Paul at Scuffed N Curbed both times, yeah I totally agree there were bits that were learned from the first time that we put into practise this time, just things like the fuel cap mod and a few different fixing ideas that seemed to have worked well
  5. Thanks mate Got mapping in a month so after that should be running when Greg's done his thing
  6. Her heart is back where it belongs Picture update as usual... Walked out to this beauty saturday morning... Prepped the engine bay ready to drop the engine back in... Made sure all the components for the clutch went together properly... Now the exciting bit of dropping the engine back in... Put the clutch in and the gearbox up... Installed my new ETS intercooler... Put the exhaust in place (sorry for terrible photo's of this, will get better ones)... All in all a good weekend and nice to see Sally's heart back where it should be
  7. Haha it is ideal yeah Cheers mate Greg at Pro-tuner is mapping it bud That's not a question I like to hear often but yes it is Pics and updates from the weekend will be up shortly
  8. Haha yeah definitely brings a smile to my face every time I look at it cheers bud Ahh ok thats great thankyou mate all advice is greatfully received
  9. Oh right... I just went from a quick google search but am not very technical on them... im guessing that's what the kind of filter panel parts are on the sides then and they feed through those? Il change the original post as I put top feed on it. Il get some closer pics tonight too of them all
  10. Haha thanks bud Also good news I went down to Whifbitz last night and picked up the bearing carrier I need so im all ready to go for this weekend
  11. Thanks mate I wasn't aware of that but by chance it is silicone that im using anway cheers for the heads up
  12. Yes mate didn't realise that at the start it was only putting the gearbox to it at the end we realised it was a pull type clutch and that it needed a carrier lol, Iv ordered some more loctite for when we put the clutch back on but with the carrier this time, luckily Whifbitz have a carrier in stock so im leaving work slightly early and going down today to pick one up cheers for the heads up though and thanks yeah they come out nice and neat
  13. Il start... The black one being a manual and tidy has to be £8-9k on todays prices then the red one Id say has to be £4-5k hehehehe
  14. If everybody would please give their estimates with the black one being more expensive than the red one then you would make Axl's misses Karrie very happy
  15. Cheers bud Possibly yeah, hadn't really thought about it tbh as just got my current one polished but would be easier to get to yeah
  16. Thanks mate the pics definitely will keep coming They were already like that bud its the same inlet manifold that was on the car when I had it but just been polished, I totally agree with you about the cleaner look but im not going wire tuck so think it will still be ok Thanks mate yeah the fab work is beautiful
  17. I actually dont know tbh mate here is the thread I got them from at the same time I bought my spare engine. They are really clean and tidy and in original packaging (I can take additional photo's of each one if you want)

  19. Nice choice coming on well bud
  20. Sorry for delay guys I find it easier to use works computer to upload the pics so here goes... I finish work half days on fridays so I went up to Tims while he was doing the last bits on the engine to take it away later on when it was finished... Here is my progress of the weekend from then on in pics (we all love pics) A pic of the engine when I turned up at lunchtime... First thing was Cam covers back on (and then a few more pics) Then Tim was making the water lines to and from the Turbo and adding a brace to the oil lines, here is how beautiful they came out... Then a pic of the engine on the tilt from when he was installing the lines to the turbo (thought it looked cool on the tilt so had to do it) The finished product before wrapping it to take home... All wrapped up and strapped down on the trailer for the drive home (was the slowest and steadiest drive I have ever had) Saturday morning was an exciting time for Sally as she saw her engine again in all its new 3.4 litre glory... (check out that smile on her face) First job was to get this lovely RPS triple carbon billet clutch out the packaging... Then prep for install... Here she is sat lovely on the back of the engine... Used the gearbox on and off to line up the plates... Then first problem hit as we are minus the bearing carrier... Dad thinking of idea's for the best tool to use to get around problems... Sally just resting up on the ramp ready for when we can get the bearing carrier to carry on...
  21. Immaculate is the only word I can use Jazz, this is an epic build
  22. Some great work going on there bud, hope Gem forgave you
