  1. It also goes by the name of "1-18-08" which is all you would have got on the trailer.
  2. See my thread here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=117584&highlight=cloverfield.
  3. Check out the latest news here - http://www.cloverfieldnews.com. You can see that poster with a number of different headings, alll of which have which have already been registered as sites. They include 'Monstrous,' 'Terrifying' and 'Colossus.' Also the Slusho site is fully working, though it doesn't really give much away.
  4. Now there's a thought!!
  5. Price dropped yet again. Almost giving it away now...
  6. Here you go, O'Tom Tick tool http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/cat_accessories_outdoor/flea_and_tick_protection/flea_tick_spray/29986
  7. Sorry to say I thought this it was distinctly average and that's coming from a die-hard Simpsons fan who's spent many a moment on the floor in tears of laughter when watching numerous episodes. It was entertaining enough and I chuckled a few times, maybe even had a proper laugh at one point but that's about it. Could have and should have been so much better.

  9. Saw it yesterday, at the cinema, and it rocked my world!!
  10. What's happening in 10 months? Yeah I know. Not dropped the price any more, so just bringing to people's attention once again. Might get lucky.
  11. So, the time has come to move on from my Aristo. I've had it for a year and a half and I've enjoyed my time with it but it's time to move on. Just thought I'd say that this is one of the Banzai project cars - it's been featured every month in the magazine since I bought it so it's been read about by thousands and thousands of people around the World! The trials, the tribulations and the modifications, all chronicled in Banzai magazine! I'll even throw in all the issues that this car has appeared in for your reading pleasure! Just dropped the price again to just £3750ovno!! Kind of needs to go and at the price I'm really giving it away, especially when you consider what's on the car. Here are the details: -1994 -80,000miles -9 months Tax -4 months MoT -Silver -Grey leather -Electric driver and passenger seats, driver's with height and lumbar adjustment -Leather steering wheel with electric adjustment for reach and rake and auto tilt away function -Four-speed auto with Power mode -Electronic dampers which stiffen the suspension when in Power mode over 70mph -Traction control -Driver's airbag -Climate control -Auto headlights -Electric heated folding mirrors -Air purifier -Rear passenger ventilation -Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser -Reconditioned steering rack Modifications: -Power Enterprise Air Impulse Version II induction kit -HKS SSQV -TOM's TEC II ECU -Lowering springs -Custom made stainless steel cat back exhaust -18" Gunmetal Ultralite Atec alloys 8x18 and 9x18 with plenty of tread left on the tyres -AP Racing Formula brake kit with 355mm vented and grooved discs, 6 pot calipers, braided hoses and Ferodo DS fast road pads -UK Supra rear brake kit with 324mm 3G grooved discs, Endless fast road pads and braided hoses -4100k HIDs -ICE install with Kenwood DDX6029 double DIN touch screen CD/DVD player, Kenwood KFC1690ie front speakers, uprated rear speakers, Kenwood KFCW3010 12" sub, Kenwood KAC8152D 1100W mono amp I'll also be including a sport front grille, Merc-style mirror LED indicators and Walbro pump and Denso IK24 spark plugs, meaning all you need to go BPU will be a decat and restrictor ring. The TOM's ECU removes the speed limiter and the FCD (and stops the cruise from working) and also appears to increase boost slightly as when I had the Aristo dyno'd at Thor soon after I purchased it it was boosting around the 0.9/1.0bar mark. It made 261.9bhp at the hubs along with 302.4lb ft of torque and while I know Thor's dyno has a rep for over reading, these figures sound about right (+/-310bhp and +/-350lb ft at the fly). Using a GPS performance meter, I managed 0-60mph in 6.2seconds, 0-100mph in 14.3seconds and a 1/4 mile time of [email protected], so it's pretty brisk for such a big car! The exterior is in good condition, but it has the usual chips and scuffs that you'd expect on a car of this age, nothing major though, and none of which are down to me I hasten to add. Worth mentioning there is a tiny rust bubble by the driver's side rear arch, but this can easily be dealt with. The interior is in really good condition, with almost no wear to the wheel and gear selector, the rear seats look like new, the car still has its original carpets which are in very good condition and the front seats have minor wear, which you'd expect. Everything works perfectly, but there are a few things that I want to mention: 1) Radiator is starting to corrode a little but is very far from beginning to leak, and there's no over heating. You can get this re-cored for a lot less than buying new. 2) Gearbox sump is 'sweating,' but not actually leaking -it's been sweating since I bought it and doesn't appear to have actually sweated any more over a year and a half. New sealant will fix this. 3) The bolts that adjust the rear wheel alignment have seized so you'll need new arms - about £300 I think. 4) There's a slight vibration coming through the steering wheel at around 80mph, and only at that speed, and it doesn't always appear. 5) Needs new boot struts but these are £60 delivered off eBay (I have the link) and can be DIY fitted no problem. It's a big, comfy, quick car with loads of room inside for five and a reasonable boot and I've spent almost £6000 on modifications alone. I'm looking for £3750 for it and I'm open to offers.
  12. Up for sale is this fine Sony head unit. It looks the nuts with its fancy display which can show a number of preset video clips, such as surfing, people playing baseball or flying through space. It's all very cool. Usefully, it also plays CDs, including CD-R and RW MP3 discs, it has a built in equalizer and 4x52W among other things. My one comes boxed, complete with its remote, the in dash mounting cage and key tools to remove it as well as a Supra wiring harness. While you can't remove the face, it comes with a security cover that makes it look like an ashtray. No manual, but you can download it here http://www.sony.co.uk/view/ShowProduct.action?product=CDX-M9900&site=odw_en_GB&pageType=manual&category=ICA+CD+Tuners. Here's a picture: And here's a short spec list: AV input Image capture 32,000 color TFT display MP3 playback DRIVE-S BBE MP DIGITAL RDS-EON tuner 4x52W 4V pre-out x 2 1 Sub-out CD-R/RW playback CD/MD changer control Custom file control CD-Text Aux-in DSO EQ7 Customize security code IR card remote RM-X114 Asking £120 plus delivery or welcome to collect from Central London (evening and weekend) or Sevenoaks (daytime).
  13. Brand new and unused. "Available as an upgrade to the SCB ID I, II or III, the MMD i-Color consists of the head unit and wiring harness from the SBC i-Color, and enables the controller with all the same features. Utilizing the existing solenoid, the MMD connects directly to the wiring loom and therefore converts original equipment into the awesome boost controller/Power Meter ID combination known as the SBC i-Color." RRP on this is £340 from Blitz, one for £265 with delivery on eBay. £200 plus around £5 for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  14. Hey mate, as a fellow Aristo owner I'm devastated to see this happen to your car but at least you're ok, bar the neck. Hope it all works out ok for you!
  15. Ah well, shame I wasted all that time on the Ethan Haas site! People now talking about Rampage the movie, though that would be a bit of a cop out! Just read about the Bloop - that's pretty damn cool! I'm definitely hoping for a Cthulhu film though it might be wishful thinking. Btw, this guy *really*likes Cthulhu http://hellric.over-blog.com/categorie-783053.html
  16. http://ttp://www.cinematical.com/2007/07/10/j-j-abrams-talks-cloverfield-ethan-haas-sites-are-bogus/ Some more light reading, though if the Ethan Haas stuff is fake, why were all the clips pulled by Paramount when they were posted on YouTube? I reckon it might be a double bluff as it were.
  17. Sorry to hear that. I had three hamsters in a row but gave up in the end because just as you got really attached to them they would die.
  18. Seems to be the big buzz in the sci-fi world right now, film doesn't even have a proper title yet, but it's going to be a monster movie and people are suggesting links to the Chthulu mythos. Whatever, I think it looks cool - here's the offical site http://www.1-18-08.com and watch the trailer here http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/11808/.
  19. Can't go wrong with something like a Ladies Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, stainless with a silver face, very clean, simple and elegant, my mum and I bought one for my aunt and then, fuelled by my watch fetish, when my mum wanted a nice watch my aunt and I bought her an identical one.
