  1. ..and heres me looking for a supra, when theres a diamond like that up for sale!
  2. i guessed the pink one was something to do with them, i see it parked up in barton quite alot, its been on pistonheads and ebay numerous times
  3. Really!? i guess i just always assumed spending that much on the looks you'd of got a TT to begin with the chargespeed kit has gotta be a good few grand itself
  4. hey mate yeah! i always see it up next to the mitsi garage and let out a huge sigh every time haha id never seen it on the move so never knew who the owner was i like the GT'esk wide arches but i agree the spoiler is ott, tho it doesnt really jump out at you in person like it does in that pic
  5. i drive past it everyday on the way to work.. thats torquay sea front in the pic, i feel so sorry for that car. is always parked up on a curb in a grotty area, she should give it to me where i can nuture it in a nice garage and wrap it in cotton wool
  6. edit: my advice has already been posted haha!
  7. made me laugh http://www.snotr.com/video/2875
  8. my advice is get to an advisor whos registered with the part buy part rent scheme asap they will be able to tell you if your eligable.. the funding for the open market homebuy (government scheme) ran out in a little over a month in my local area from when it was issued to the local council from the government.. ive registered for it now and put my name down in the queue but likely hood is i wont get a look in for a long time here as theres a long waiting list.. point is if your name is down for it they will get intouch with you when theres funding, your not obliged to take the offer but atleast you will have a choice (word is here there will not be any more funding until next april) really gutted i didnt just sign my name down when i first heard about it oh and yes atm theres only really 10% deposit mortgages available for standard mortgages and they have crappy rates considering the base rate is so low but i hear direct-line might be offering a 95% Loan to value mortgage not sure if its true.. but if your not looking to buy yet id wait.. save as much as pos and then look into it when your ready as deals are always changing..
  9. yes.. put yours up for sale, so i can buy it haha in all fairness i was looking for a decent uk spec, low mileage manual for my base car.. but considering the asking price is pretty much my budget and the mods id wanna do.. its just outta my reach. Not taking it away from the car tho. With looking whats around on the market its well worth the premium for the right buyer, good luck shes a beaut
  10. hi, im in sunny Torquay, i would of been very keen on the meet but im actually hoping to get a viewing on a car i been eyeing up saturday, plus with work fri sat and sun night i generally need my beauty sleep during the day or a decent lie in atleast hehe yeah i was wanting a UK manual.. mainly for insurance reasons and spec but after looking into it a little i have found reasonable quotes on a jspec so has broadened my horizons, will not be jumping into the 1st car i see.. been waiting long enough, a little longer wont hurt
  11. Hi, just thought id pop a message up saying hi seeing as i signed up 2 weeks ago an still being ignorant... im from Devon, not an owner of a mkiv yet.. (have always wanted one since i was in school tho) but im now on the look out and as soon as i get a bit of time off work might actually get to go see some! work 2 jobs salesman by day and doorman on the weekends so finding it hard to get the time to travel for the perfect motor.. ultimatly ive always wanted a uk spec manual, but realistically the budget isnt going to allow it and i have been looking at alternatives anyways hi and wish me luck with the search
