  1. One thing thats always bugged me about my jspec Supra is the hideous looking aftermarket fog light switch mounted on my dash, so after a quick call to Keron I was the proud owner of a U.K dash panel complete with all the U.K switches. I also have U.K glass headlights fitted and seeing that I now have a manual leveling switch, I decided I may as well get them working while I have the dash in bits. Steve Manley then kindly supplied me with most of the plugs and terminals to make the loom for the headlights. Then I realised that I would need an indicator for the rear fogs for the MOT (doh), luckily Keron also had a U.K spec fuel and temp gauge which houses the fog light indicator. First job was to remove the green film from the rear of the instrument cluster ready for the rear fog light indicator lamp. Then I just swapped the cruise lamp from its holder to the fog light holder. Next on the list was to remove the Jspec fuel/temp gauge and replace it with the U.K spec. With instrument panel ready to be fitted back into the car I started work on making up a loom for the headlight levellers. The plan tomorrow is to get these parts fitted to the car and make the final connections to the switches.
  2. I covered mine in vinyl, once it starts to get damaged from stone chips just peel it off and replace with a fresh piece.
  3. There is a good possibility that the iPad 3 will be announced next month.
  4. Looking for a plug that fits the U.K rear fog light switch Toyota part number Y90980-10672 Thanks
  5. The RAC took Jeff straight home last year, so I think I'll take my chances with them again this year.
  6. Adam, are you removing the original rubber finish off the panels first or spraying straight over them?
  7. Looks good mate. I'm just wondering if a gloss finish would bring the dash a bit more up to date or would that be to blingy?
  8. Is this the stuff? I'd be interested to see the results. Edit: It appears it is
  9. I'm planning on getting my dash panels painted and have decided to keep them black to keep the OEMish look. What I can't decide on is the finish. So if you have any pics of black panels finished in either matt, satin or gloss, and ideally fitted, would you be so kind and upload them for me to have a gander at. Thanks

I knew that or email them to yourself
  11. Do you loose your no claims bonus if you make a fault claim on the Supra? The reason I ask is a mate at work has a car and motorcycle policy. He made a fault claim on his motorcycle insurance and lost all his no claim bonus for his car.
  12. Apparently it's a glitch. I last saved the game when I was in my house. When I loaded it early all the doors were shut but didn't think anything of it. Went off and done a quest, and made a save half way through, finished the quest and went back to the house that's when I noticed its all gone. My next save back is at level six so that's never going to happen.
  13. I will report it to a skyrim guard, I won't hold my breath though.
  14. After forty hours of game play I've just lost all my items that were stashed in my house I'm not sure if it's worth carring on now, was just getting into it too.
  15. Ok thanks guys l'll give it another go tomorrow. It felt like it was going to brake.
  16. As above, how do I go about removing it from the instrument panel? It looks like you just pull the knob off Thanks
  17. That reminds me of the first time Abz met Branners. Abz - has anyone seen Branners? Fitz - he's the guy standing next to you that you've been talking to him for the past ten minutes
  18. That would work but if the car was stolen you would want the phone on for as long as possible. If it was hard wired under the dash on a perminant supply and the theif disconnected the battery the phone would be fully charged. Then just use 'find my iPhone' to track it.
  19. You clever man. If you was to hide the phone under the dash with a perminant 12v supply connected to it, how long do you think the car battery would last?
