    Less of the Garmin bashing please, it may have just saved all you TomTom users from crashing into a pile of rubble.

    We use Tyre to create a set of ITN files for both Tomtoms and Garmins. ITN files contain multiple waypoints along the route to the destination, which forces the sat navs to take the same route between the start and finish points. POi files are just points of interest, so your satnav will calculate its own route depending on how you have it set up. Ok for a backup but you'll miss out on all the fun if you get split up from the group.

    I doubt it. Having said that, it's still worth fitting one IMO.

    I had exactly the same problem when Sky Insurance hiked up the premium. Makes me laugh when members post up threads saying how happy they are with there quote from Sky, more like they they're unable to get a competitive quote from Sky's competitors.
