  1. I have a do-luck (not original) front bumper that’s never been fitted, probably will need work to get it to fit as these replicas rarely fit straight on. Let me know if you’d like some pictures.
  2. This is what should be under the outer sill
  3. I think the chassis rail underneath might be okay, the the inner and outer sill will be pretty much the same, both goosed. With that said though, most things are fixable with the big enough budget. I might have a drivers door but would have to take a look buddy. I’m in Edinburgh.

    GR Yaris

Hey Man , nah I don’t think anyone needs to be told that the Civic was the victor, that goes without saying, you have much more power and it was nice just getting someone who fancied a blast. I approached quite confidently but knew something was not normal when I saw that puff of smoke from the exhaust. it did looked like you were either torque steering a little or loosing a bit of traction on some of the pulls but you might have been lifting back off. Ain’t no replacement for displacement The Yaris does seem to run out of puff in stock form the higher up the range you go, but the gearing is not really designed for straight line speed. You’re correct though, both very different applications.

    Project Pesto

Thanks very much Ric, I’ll get one ordered up. I’m revisiting the brake lines as although they were decent enough, I’ve decided just to replace them anyway. I keep telling myself I am selling this once I’m done, but I might end up giving it to my dad, he’s helped a fair bit with it so makes sense. See what the wallet says once I’m finished.

    Project Pesto

I’m going to update this threat with some of the work I’ve been doing, but found that the idle up valve was broken from the NA lump I swapped in. Does anyone know if these are still available to order?

    GR Yaris

I’ve been all over Scotland with my GRY, absolutely loving this car. The Isle of Mull I had a spirited drive with this 400bhp EP3, the Yaris did surprising well, although that’s more down to the EP3 loosing traction :). On the twisty stuff he was toast though.
  9. Really enjoyed catching up on this thread, great work guys. That tunnel was interesting, although I prefer looking at it cut out . Is this an invite only, or can anyone pop along to give you a hand? Would love to help or even just have a chat next time I’m down that end of the country (visiting relatives) .

    Reproduction Parts

I know we’ve also had a threat on the disappointing list of parts the GR Heritage programme has created thus far, but it’s always good to keep at them, so below is the parts request link for the programme. https://www.toyota.co.jp/cmpnform/pub/co/grheritage_en/

    Reproduction Parts

I’ll pop in the link to Andy Ven’s thread on what he offers, most notably the ball join replacement service/product and the ABS sensors which are out of stock I believe from Mr T.

    Reproduction Parts

Ill leave the comments for now and prune the thread once we get a list together, I think the comments either way are a good talking point and let’s be honest the forum needs a little chat . SRD Undertray (Engine and Bumper) is a worthy addition I feel, as the plastic standard undertray is an item that can get damaged, and with age we’re starting to see these split. 16. No worries at all, happy to help.
  17. Hi all, As the MKIV Supra is getting on a bit, it’s natural that wear and tear is something we’ll be trying to combat and in many cases we simply have to replace new for old. OEM parts are running out at Mr T with a number of key components being discontinued now. I have spotted a few recent threads about reproduction parts, the likes of @keronmaking a number of discontinued Items from seat belts , to front crash bars to name a few. So with some help from you all, I thought it might be best for us to create a sticky/pinned thread once we discuss the options available. Today I spotted this FB post about a company in Aus who have reproduced the entire RHD Facelift (Series 2) dash, which I though was really cool, also it’s an exact copy with all the mounting tabs etc as they came from Mr T. Please add parts that you know would be useful in the eventual Sticky Thread.
  18. Happy to help mate, just let me know when the time is right (hopefully never).
  19. If you strike out here, you can order these new from Mr T, @keron or from TCB performance parts.
  20. It was clean and straight, just needed some love from a Detailer, I helped him order and replace the tired Aerotop seals and the wheels went off for a refurb so the car looked great. A few more confirmed sales - Another chap from up this way sold his Red NA Auto (non aero) for £17500 in September of 2021. - A chap I speak to from Peterborough sold his Black GZ Aerotop for £38.5k in November 2021, 67,000miles.
  21. There’s definitely resistance at certain price points but imports aren’t as frequent or as readily available as they use to be. I’ve seen HJA and Torque GT (to name a few) sell a number of really good examples for very strong money without any problems. I assisted a friend up here in Scotland sell his NA-Aero for £27k in October last year which I feel was as good as he was going to get.
  22. Spotted this posted on FB and thought it might be useful as a recent reference point to auction pricing. It looks like a pretty nice car at first glance, and original. The last time this went to auction the bidding reached £43,750 (landed) and did not meet the reserve set by the seller.
  23. No worries at all, it’s was just to help your post
  24. Just a heads up, your diff looks to be a small case A01B or A02B, potentially even the A03B, but not a B series.
