  1. I was told all fluids were changed and new plugs was done prior to purchase, this is something i didnt want to have to deal with right away, thats whats so annoying, i came from working on my rx7 for 4 years and i wanted something fun and out the box to mess around in. I was planning to flush the IC tomorrow anyway
  2. im unsure on the age of the block but i have fmic, hybrid stage 3 tubs blitz dsbc BC fully decatted with restrictor ring and after market exhaust it appears some things wasnt installed properly as there seems to be hardly any power at the moment, the boost gauge was plummed into the boost controller solenoid and there was some oil in the vac lines as well as what was found in the IC pipe. i was informed when i bought the car it was the oil return line but i dont see how this can leak oil into the system like it has, im hoping its something simple like a missplaced vac line and not actually a turbo seal on the intake side so thats why i made this post
  3. been a long time since i messed with networking and xp but have you tried leaving it as a dynamic IP and let it try and work itself out?
  4. hardly any smoke at all i think at this rate im going to have to take the fmic off and drain it !
  5. Okay i have just been outside and whipped the pipe off and taken some pics...
  6. Ive found some oil residue in the intercooler pipes, does anyone have an idea what could cause this?
  7. Im not sure if these are any good for anyone here as ive never test fitted them on a supra, they came from my rx7 and are in fantastic condition unfortunately there are no center caps. So.. here they are, all info should be present in pictures they come with 225x40's all around at the moment but could take 255 no worries looking for £600 collected from ashford in surrey Ref: JCT 13 on the M25 ^^^^Ythe only ding on the wheels and its very very very minor^^^^
  8. Nice one thanks.. but just gave them a call but they don't supply seal kits anymore =/
  9. Well after a fair bit of diagnosis, we think we have my cars issues sussed at possibly a failed 2ndary turbo oil seal, the car isnt boosting correctly ( but thats due to the controller) there is oil in the IC piping and in the vac lines!! , it event went as far as to run up the boost gauge line and into the drivers foot well, so far ive ordered a fair amount of replacement samco hose and i'll still need to re-install the boost controller correctly for some reason the boost gauge was piped into the boost solenoid. Now my question is, my car apparently has stage 3 hybrids but i dont know what make, if there is a replacement seal kit avalible, does anyone know A. where i could source one from and B. if they are specific to the make of turbos Cheers John-
  10. i had this problem with my toad, it was to do with the locking button in the car on the drivers door that does both, i had to fiddle with it by unlocking, then setting it to neutral position then locking with the alarm fob... if that makes sense edit- helps if i read all your post, other than what i said which is now usless i dont have a clue, sorry

  19. During last week, there were SPECS average speed cameras > erected on the QE2 "Dartford" Bridge in Essex/Kent. > They start just before the bridge and end before the tolls at the end. > If you have driven by and not seen them last week, it's because > they are mounted on a road gantry rather than on the normal > yellow or blue poles. > Pictures here: http://btst.co.uk/QE2BridgeCameras/ > (from 2 different spotters so that we got all the cameras) > Often there is a big delay between the cameras being put up > and actually going live, but our source tells us that they are > going live this week. > The SPECS area on the other side of the road is also being > extended but we understand that the extra cameras haven't > been cabled in yet. Consider yourselves warned! HTH
