Looks like a nice TV, response time is okay and you get a decent variation of connections (Why you'd ever need 4 HDMI connections tho i dont know ) and a TV in connection is always a plus if you want to hook your laptop too it and watch movies on the big screen that you cough cough *aquired*. Nice Tv by the looks of it....and at £1.50 off... What i would say is though, price compare it and have a look round, see if you can find it cheaper, i got £90 off a laptop the other day by ordering it from Amazon rather than Play.com where it was on *Offer*....my arse ! lol

Get a new one, 3 years is ancient Tv wise these days. Its not like the good old days where Tv's could last you 10 years no probs. Companies intentionally make products finite so you'll have to repair/upgrade within a shorter space of time increasing they're turnover. A nice new big LCD sounds just like what you need here. Dont be afraid of going cheap either, i bought an unknown make off the net about a year and a half ago and it still works fine, ive not had a single problem with it, just read lots of reviews before hand (not just the one from the seller) and seperate the bargains from the waste of times.

Anyone know if the RAC check you can have done checks for things like matching vin/chassis/liscence numbers? That might be another way to go. Its about £50 i think.

Theres not really much point doing your own HPI check these days, con artists caught on to that along time ago and just copy the liscence plate number off a car the same make, model and colour so the HPI check comes up clean. Actually going to see the car would be your best bet and writing down all the important numbers vin/chassey and checking yourself if they all match up. If they do then theres a good chance it was stolen/recovered so therefore legit. all you'd have to worry about then is things like the rozza's turning up to check it for evidence etc but i dont think thats all that common. If they dont match, walk away and report him.

It will be an issue if she takes it in to the Garage and they find all the numbers dont match VIN/Liscense etc. If it comes up as stolen she'll lose the car and the money she paid for it.

I can assure you, up until the last 3 months i wouldnt have dreamed of playing backups either, but its amazing how having all your games stolen from your house not once but twice makes you begrudge buying them for a third time. I dont sell or make copies for other ppl either, and the games i really want i usually buy as i get the Ltd Ed ones with the graphic arts stuff.

PM me if you want any extra info, downloading ImageBurn would be a good place to start, theres a thread on how to configure it for optimum settings if you google it, and its free. Its a pretty good all round burning program tbh. You'll need ABGX aswell, its essential.

Nice, where did you get the replacment HDD? Is it a standard Xbox HDD or a portable HDD you've rigged in yourself? My mate used his own portable one, i couldnt be arsed with all the hassle lol.

Yeah, i do them myself, they're pretty easy. I was thinking about making a follow up thread on how to do them, but i'm not sure if the mods will be okay with it. I can post a cpl links on here if you like which are easy to follow, anything else you get stuck on i can prob answer myself.

I just found this aswell Tricky, hope it helps. If you click on any brackets facing each other in the same line, such as (), {} or , you have a chance of either regaining all failed tries, or removing a dud password. You can also click brackets containing a few special characters, +> and {,} for example. Just incase you didnt know (you prob do ) you can backout after 3 tries and it resets the password and you get all your tries again. *Just found this aswell, I'm offshore so i cant try it out, let me know if it works http://hack-boy.com/ Hope this helps

Hmm i had problems with these aswell, i read somewhere a while ago that the higher your Science level, the fewer choices you have to choose from. I never got round to trying out the theory. You need a high science level to hack the harder terminals anyway so maybe levelling up Science is a good way to go.

Are you gonna blow up Megaton City?? If you do let me know what happens, always wanted to know how that panned out. I was greedy and wanted my own house there so chose to disarm it lol.

Do you buy the backups or dl them yourself? If you buy them, make sure they're run through ABGX before they're burned and you'd never need worry again.
