Hey guys. Sorry to bump this thread but I've recently started gym properly (again!) and was wondering if I could get some advice. I've read through this whole thread but I'm wondering, I want to lose a bit of a belly AND build some muscles- I know a lot of you guys are suggesting eating more but healthier- can I lose my belly by doing decent cardio and carry on eating the high protein stuff or should I maybe diet a bit, lose the belly and then start focusing on the muscles? (the latter seems to make less sense) Also, I'm drastically cutting my snacking habits (no more Doritos with Ancona Sauce ) and I'm wondering whether Houmous is okay to have. A lot of people are suggesting tuna with cottage cheese- do you guys have this as a snack and if so how?

Agreed. Car prices are all over the place. You can get decent 350z for £5k and not just manuals (although they all seem to be gunmetal grey).

Hey cut us some slack okay! We don't want to be left out. Just because it took me two months to figure out how to change the indicators on my Polo (yes, lowered on steels) and I almost took off the mud flaps do it doesn't mean we are completely clueless. I'll be honest, I can be really blonde when it comes to cars. But it doesn't change the fact that I live my life a quarter mile at a time (even if my 1.4L Polo takes 17 minutes to do a 1/4m). I have a K&N air filter so that's 20 extra bhp anyway.
