I had to force down 2 eggs yesterday. Felt weird. My stomach is doing all sorts of weird things- I reckon its because I've changed my diet completely. I'm just living on eggs, tuna, chicken, bananas and green tea now. I feel fresher but I think my body is adjusting.
Also, I was doing squats yesterday and I realised that all this time I was using a Barbell attached to a machine and that is apparently not good for squats. So I did squats yesterday without that machine- and man, it was a whole different ball game. My legs felt like jelly. Also, I've gone up to 160kg on the Leg Press (but I think I can push more easily). 10x3 on that, and 10x3 squats.
I don't know a decent third workout for legs. I usually do a standing calf raise where you stand on the edge of a step-box with the balls of your feet and have weights either side and raise your feet so you're leaning forward.
