Don't understand why even at such a low price, people are still trying to knock £10k off! Had a people come to look at the house. The highest offer we've had is £118k.

Thanks guys. The house is cheap for what it is. Its not like the area us bad either. Its close to the hospital, local schools are close by (about a quarter mile from the nearest grammar school and about a mile and half from the second one). They priced it at that so we could get a quick sale really. Looking to move into their new home in a couple of months. Only other option is to put this one up for rent. It'll fetch about £600+ per week, but they'd rather have the cash upfront. I would really appreciate it if you guys could put the word around for me.

Hello folks, Not seen many house on sale here, but thought I'd put feelers out. The house belongs to my sister. Its a 3 bedroom detached property. It has recently been decorated throughout including new carpets. I used to pay £850 for my Supra, even after i had the na-tt conversion done. I pay the same for a Focus 1.6 zetec now (promised the mrs i'd keep it for at least 2 years ). Saying that my lowest quote for the Supra was £240 from a classic car insurers (that was just before i had my unfortunate crash and i didn't even have the chance to move my insurance to classic. ) -
Hello i've got for sale a rear bumper from a 2000 Fiat Scudo 1.9 td. It's in good condition apart from a few marks. I've been told it should also fit a Citreon Dispatch or Peugeot Expert. I'd like £60 for it. If anyone wants it, it would have to be pick up only i'm afraid. I may be able to get it delivered, but i'll have to find out what it'd cost first.
