1. Well i don't always have both hands on the steering any way, because i've got hand controls fitted and a steering ball. So i always have one hand on each. Took a little getting used to when i first got the hand controls, but the stalks aren't that much of a problem any more.
2. Oh ok, so it's the adaptor thats snap off and the steering wheel is just a standard after market one. Thing is i've been asking a few of my mates, thinking they may know something! Guess i should have come here in the first place! Just one more quick question... are they easy to fit? or would i be better off asking someone at a garage? and if i could fit it myself, how would i go about removing the steering etc.?
3. Ok, but would i need a snap off steering wheel as well? or can i keep my old one? not sure how this works
4. Hi guys need some help on finding a snap off steering wheel for my car. Does any body have any on here that i could buy? I've only seen momo ones, but are there any others that do em? How much would one cost and would i have to get the boss as well?
5. Not received mine yet either
6. Saw a black Supra on Saturday, in Batley. Is it any one on here?
7. You always have to pay excess, even if it's your own fault. The idea is to claim it all back from the third party that you are claiming against.

9. um... not sure what s i r stands for, but you can get a 2003 2.0 vtec for that price!
10. Saw a silver sup with veilside kit on Huddersfield Road, Scout hill this morning, about 11ish. Are you a member on here? Havent seen it about before...
11. :dJust thought i'd add the price too! It's £3,250 ONO note: price increase due to brand new MOT
12. Mine was tht much, and i've already got double glazing high efficiency, minus the cold wife!
13. Thanks bud, it was lot of hassle but all worth it in the end, I looked at all the options and am convinced that sticking with my own car was the best decision. I didn't even bother with any more driving lessons, (one instructor told me i'd need about lessons, @ £25 eah just to get used to the controls and get my confident back!). i'm even considering a na-tt conversion next year!
14. Hi guys, i got offered some hand controls from another member on here, but when i contacted the fitters (KC Mobility) near me, they told me that they'd be chargng for at least 3 hours and that they couldn't fit second hand controls at all! So i decided to get new ones fitted. KC again fobbed me off, saying that they couldn't fit an import! and that i had to go directly to Jeff Goslings. Which i did, got manual push/pull controls (without inicator) fitted for £440. Couldn't find any financial help at all. every one i talked to, including a lot of charities said they'd only help if i got a car from Motability! Which imo is a complete waste of money... if you want to drive a proper car, then theres loads of deposits to pay first, even before the monthly payments start! They keep telling you how much money there is to be saved with them, because they cover tyres, maintainance, insurance etc. but i know my costs arent anywhere near as much as they would be with them! My advice to all wheelies, buy a Supra (na or tt) then get the controls fitted yourself! Its alot more fun and economical than going with Motability!
15. Hello, my brother-in-law asked me to sell his car for him. It's a 03 reg Mazda 6 as above. Its a diesel, done about 83,000 miles. It's in good condition as far as i know, but it's only got 12 months MOT & tax until the end of this month. He's also put it on Pistonheads http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1228184.htm If you have any questions or anything please PM or just call him Thanks
16. You have to select what you want (images, videos etc.), then do the search. Its the only way it works fo me anyway...
17. i'm with A-plan. They were the cheapest for me. Even cheaper than Sky! But maybe you should givee em both a ring.
