  1. BLITZ TECHNOSPEED Z1 18" alloys...£600 Keron, (Can you hold these ones for me pending answering the questions). Are these wheels correct for a supra offset etc, and are they in good condition. Can you give me the details. Cheers As posted in the other thread too.
  2. Good Evening all, Can't seem to find exactly what I am looking for on the site, so thought I would through this in the ring. Looking at a set of Blitz Technospeed Z1's Keron has for sale. Detailed as the following: - ....................................................................................... As above...a set of 18" Blitz Z1 alloy wheels...they are: fronts: 8j x 18" et41 rears: 9j x 18" et 45 ........................................................................................ Does anyone know if these wheels are correct for a Supra, just realised they are 8j & 9j and seem to be a wee bit small. I currently run 8.5j and 9.5j on practically new rims, but like the dished rim look. Advice as always will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance ladies and gents Just found this from 2003 by Paul Whiffin in a post query:- Yep, front should be 9x18 +41 and rear 10x18 +45, no problem with supplying them either at a nice saving over UK retail price..e-mail me if you need prices.. So the ones above cant be right then? Anyone

  4. Just dropped by haven't took a peek for a while. So what colour are you going to go for on the Spark Cover then, white will certainly be a nightmare to keep clean. Perhaps you could have it colour matched to your car! What model of car do you have by the way a Tiptronic Auto or 6 speed Manual? Alot of effort gone into your build up, top marks indeed and looking forward to seeing it all finished.
  5. Excellent stuff.....I did ring this morning and was given the same advice which was a relief. So there you go ladies and gents just incase you wondered. Thanks Guy.
  6. I have just ordered some new spark plugs. I used Opie Oils after first researching on here to make sure the correct plug was choosen, and now after using the online ordering facility I am not so sure. I selected the supra as late as possible and it gave one option only as the VK20. Now after researching the plug with Denso Global, I find that this code relates to a Tough Iridium Spark Plug hence VK. Looking back at the tech specification by Alex on here I see it specifies a Power Iridium Plug (IK). Now I know the tech spec bit was written sometime ago now, and assume Denso have brought out this new plug in the time that has pasted. Just after some advice now on whether I need to change the order as these aren't exactly cheap are they. I own a 1998 (R-Registration) VVTI-Twin Turbo and it is completely Stock too.
  7. Spotted again. Silver supra (L* BAM) into Plymouth city centre 1630 hrs Thurs, and Black Supra (A** TUX) 0930 hrs today heading out of town.
  8. Exactly why I was after some too, being 6ft 5in I find I get a bad neck like I am stouping all the time. I wanted to sit actually right down in the car, to get the benefit of the seats and the reason for paying the money is to get them as low as possible. Just never liked the sound of the rail issue. Fancy spending out and then finding they look nice and all that, but don't actually end up any lower than the original ones.
  9. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=168011&highlight=arc+exhaust Isn't this the same exhaust system, just a few months down the road. Whats wrong with it?
  10. After remap 520 Nm @ 2750 rpm Sorry to be picky, but that brings it closer into the same rev range. Someone made a typo I think!

  15. Yes thats the bulb for sure! I will have another look to be spot on, and see what they have many thanks for that much appreciated! New someone would know top man!
  16. Thats the thing. I know what I need, its a push in flat type bulb fitment (similiar to a spade fuse) not the circular spring ball point end version. Doesn't look as though you can buy them! I only posted as a last resort as I have searched everything I can think of by foot and finger.........>
  17. Ah yes the people who imported the car had already done this but it was showing some white light, the coverage wasn't great really thats all! I just wanted to replace it with the proper bulb, but looks like thats not going to be an option unless anyone else can advise otherwise. Thanks though buddy!!
  18. Moving on from this a little bit more! I have now been looking for a rear bulb (red one) for ages, and at JAE this year I found a stall who sold them. Unfortunately, the guy after advising me it was right from a booklet on his stall told me it was correct for a 1998 mkiv supra. Ideal I thought jobs a good'un! Then I get home and find out it doesnt fit as I have a different bulb connector/holder, now I know the difference between facelift and not, but I still cant find the correct bulb in red for my facelift rear reverse light. Surely somebody other than me has experienced this before, any pointers as to a good bulb supplier, looked everywhere with no luck so far! Cheers All...........>
  19. Fantastic, I will put your name down Three hours my arse!! The bar is one min from the cottage and cans in the cottage 1) Blackie & Karolina 2) Lee and vicki 3) Dan & Fiona 4) Darren & Mandy 5) Steve & Shirley 6) James and (Haley - depending on dates) 7) buster & maybe alex 8) Barny 9) Dan & Fiona 10) Pudsey Hi all, Right, Karolina is the manager of trimstone manor http://www.trimstone.co.uk she is going to sort out a deal on a cottage there that sleeps 8 in beds and 5 or 6 on the floor, The price we are hoping for is around the £150 mark for the cottage, Between 10 or 12 its not very much at all. We can also have dinner there at a good price, There will be access to the pool, games room and everything they have. If we all decide to go in to Barnstaple for a drink a mini bus there and back is easily aranged. We think the 28th of November will be a good idea, all agree? Have a look at the and check out the beautiful pool and the link to the cottages is at the top of the page, proper prices to follow in the next day or so, We will need to book early
