Just been through the archive from start to finish. Incredible is the only word I can think of to explain that level of restoration. Really enjoyed following the progress, and what a great piece of work detailing and ordering the archive too. -
Awesome pictures. Funny how the stock car doesn't look right amongst the others, kinda looks really odd. Strangely.

Yes same here, never personally had an issue either. Got to be better with both methods of cooling I'd only guess.

You don't see water cooled ones used very often. I am hoping it lasts forever just fine, as it gives me another reason to talk myself into a conversion myself.

Water and oil lines. Looking forward to the finished article, you might well need your spare gearbox after all.

Great transformation, you must be very happy with what you have produced so far. Nice seats too. The wheels strangely look great, perhaps the look is coming back. Best of luck with your future endeavours.

It's still quite unbelievable how much more simple it makes the engine bay with the removal of the oem turbos. Looking forward to the developments. What are you doing about the stock tiptronic gearbox, with regards to the increased power level?

I just had a look at the youtube links at the bottom of the advert, seeing as the post generated some comments. Looks as though a german team built and raced the car in a DTM 'revival' series back in 2014. Great to see someone out there who 'has been' still flying the mkiv flag in competitive racing.
