  1. I noticed this yesterday. I think they should have spent the time to revert it back to oem stock, guess they got to be still making a tidy profit to have resprayed as well. Just plain weird.
  2. Liking the wheels, very nice indeed. Didn't realise you could get those sizes in those type of wheels, just assumed they would all be drag skinnies. You have done a great job with developing the car, and the new look too. Well done.
  3. Well that's unique. I bet someone loves it
  4. That's horrendous, certainly hope no one is injured. But doesn't look good judging by the fact the car hit the tree (looks like) on the side with no bark left, and wrapped around the tree finishing in that orientation. Some impact that, especially right on the driver, if it is a right hand drive of course. Dreadful
  5. Excellent progress. After all we are as far as anyone knows only here once, so glad to see your doing what you enjoy. You could well of always regretted it else. Look forward to the developments
  6. Oh 1UZ-FE on throttle bodies. I bet the free flowing exhaust manifolds will make a big difference with performance too. Excellent
  7. I am glad he was successful. Looking forward to the changes he will bring, and i have no doubt he will certainly keep people on their toes.
  8. Very cool addition to the oem unit. I can see that catching on with people who have the software to run it.
  9. Nice pictures. Congratulations on the MOT front, although 'keeper' is often not long followed by a for sale advert on here Do you think the rear wheel/ tyre combination, would have fitted without the arch roll?
  10. Congratulations on your purchase. Looks like you were lucky buying it blinds, could have been an expensive mistake. A more track focus look great in red, but I would be losing the big white sticker off the back. Unless your getting some sort of royalties acting as a mobile bilboard Enjoy.
  11. Nightmare. Certainly hope you manage to get it fixed without to much hassle.
  12. I would be waiting for car from a member, unless you find a 'genuine' proper private seller. You certainly don't want to make a massive mistake, and if you buy something thats in very poor condition it will cost you a fortune. Your better off waiting for the right one, rather than thinking anyone is the only option.
  13. The dying of the visors. Looks suspiciously like the dinning room table. Your partner/ wife must love you
  14. Seats look great. Do they sit lower than the oem versions? They appear to provide a easier entry than brides too, what do you think?
  15. Interesting about the coil packs. Going to be a great build this, really looking forward to it.
  16. Ah I didn't look into the background at all, just price and pictures and saw it was a private sale. Yes, quiet agree that's just not on at all, if you believe that's what's happening. As long as people are aware what can happen, and informed private buyer will be a happy buyer hopefully. I would hate for someone to get burned, so at least awareness has been raised through here with genuine good enthusiastic people.
  17. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?307948-Supra-s-being-bought-by-the-trade-bumped-almost-immediately-back-for-sale Raised this a good while ago. Got to give it to them to have faith they can sell them for more, which can only be good for present owners. Unfortunately, not so good for people looking to find a genuine private owner sale. You could see this coming a mile off.
  18. Cheers buddy. Sounds excellent - can't wait to replace a pioneer that came in a recent purchase. (All Paid Up - Many Thanks ).
  19. PM sent. Probably give this a go, pending few answers. Cheers
  20. Cheers buddy, really appreciated. I did ponder these previously, but ruled them out as I didn't think they would fit from a gut feeling. Nice looking wheels.
  21. This may well be a very stupid question. In this size and offset, do they fit a stock body car without making body contact? Or would arch modifications be required? Cheers
  22. Lol that made me laugh. OP Great thread though and a justified point well made, it will certainly be interesting to see how things develop. Not looking forward to the drafting process, when it starts
