  1. Giant Schnoodle Pups ready January Father is a show winning Russian import black Giant Schnauzer with a calm temperament, but solid guarding instincts, mother a brown pedigree Standard Poodle with a very happy and confident manner. Both are very bright and great with kids and other dogs. We had a previous litter of 3 pups (two dogs and one bitch) and we kept them all so you can see what these will likely turn into. I have photos of the parents and the two litters including the father doing his stuff at Crufts. Parents and the last litter go regularly to various local events and pubs and are very well socialised and happy to be in busy, noisy environments. I consider this a very good cross with intelligence and the ability to work if required. The Poodle is from a working line with agility, obedience and herding amongst her relatives achievements. One male from her last litter is VERY large, the other male not quite as big, and the bitch Poodle size. I suspect this litter of 6 may turn out similarly, the 4 males are already quite a lot bigger than the 2 bitches, who have more Poodle like physiques. The Giant Schnoodles are considered highly intelligent, capable of working, and like Poodles moult little, to not at all. They are also considered hyper-allergenic to many that have dog allergies. They are all black, two males have small white blazes on their chests. They will be sold with their first inoculations done and with an up to date worming regime carried out. Price is £850. They were born 31st October 2018 and are ready for new homes by the 24th January 2019. I am just outside Whitchurch near Prees. 07971-9520841 Photos can be seen on the pets4homes web site at http://www.pets4homes.co.uk under dogs - schnoodles or just ask for photos. Thanks.
  2. It will blow clean with an air line. I have a perfect used solenoid and actuator if you or anyone else needs either.
  3. The OE discs have a machined or grooved casting area between the hub part of the disc and the pad swept area. These are un-machined all the way from the outer edge to where the hub part of the casting starts. Saves machining costs, probably makes the disc fit (sort of) other vehicles. Adds weight, looks odd. Commonplace as cars get older and demand drops for a totally OE spec disc, manufacturers of cheap discs look to cut costs and make a more generic product.
  4. She would have much more success if she took some lessons off Mr. Juncker and allowed him to show her how it should be done. Apparently this is AM, too, he sure likes his pop....
  5. If your "tech" puts the handbrake on with the gearbox in neutral with the car on a ramp and can turn the propshaft back and forth half a turn then the pinion or crown wheel is missing a few teeth and the car would be undriveable. Some CWP backlash is normal, necessary in fact. Half a turn of the propshaft...? Nah, not having that, the CWP would have to be totally goosed. It's troubling a tech would expect changing differential casing seals would affect backlash, he's not ON the lash is he? I would put an OE or one of my uprated OE clutches in it and a new dual mass flywheel, solid flywheels on a MKIV Getrag equipped road car are dreadful and put extra stress on a hard to maintain or replace manual box.
  6. The 2JZ engines do not have hydraulic tappets.... They are biscuit shim atop the tappet.
  7. The Apexi was OK in its day with a dedicated ECU for manual TT's but it's very outdated now and prices of better ECU's have fallen. Whilst I consider MOTEC the pinnacle taking reliability, features and most of all SUPPORT and number of competent MAPPERS into account, you will find the LINK ecu's exceptional value for money.
  8. Well the hand held Commander show these but whether the data format is proprietary or a common format I do not know. I would guess that finding out, capturing it and using to drivve a digi display could be possible, but well over my head. CanBus data is bad enough to extract, convert and use. if you could find out the data format it would be a big help, but is it worth it when you can buy a different ecu that will drive a digi dash directly?
  9. If you post a decent photo of the spider shaft I can tell you if it's a way to or a 2 way. It's definitely a TRD centre. Whining is usually incorrect backlash / prload
  10. Oh dear, that could be expensive, is it insured? Hopefully he / she will be on the mend soon.
  11. Yes I have the 4 Highland cattle still, 7 emus, 2 Kookaburras, several pheasants, several chickens, several peafowl, and the ten dogs, plus the feed bills to prove it The most costly beast here is of course the wife though Good to see you back on the forum
  12. Spoke too soon, lost the old Bouvier bitch on Monday, died in her sleep probably just old age related. Best way to go, if you have to go at all. Last Komondor died earlier this year, again, old age. We have 4 more geriatrics I'm afraid. All plodding on with a good quality of life if not dashing about. 3 old Russian Black Terriers, one old Anatolian Karabash, one 4 year old Anatolian one 4 year old Giant Schnauzer, one 2 and a half year old Standard Poodle, and 3 eleven month old Giant Schnauzer / Standard poodle crosses, which are a lovely cross. One of the males is ENORMOUS. Now is the first time since I was about 19 that I have not had a Komondor, but they are hard work to be fair.
  13. Allegedly, I couldn't possibly comment.... Unless you are an Arab try writing this down in a hurry or remembering it:
  14. Insurance, make sure you have good insurance. Public liability and commercial. You really need to think how and where the things can be safely exercised. You see some bint on her own in London with six big dogs on leads. Only a matter of time before they decide to form a pack and kill something / someone or decide a good scrap would be fun. Sounds a nightmare, it's bad enough with eleven of my own who I know well. I wouldn't dream of taking more than two out at once in a public place though. You'll let us know when you first hear "Jeez, he / she has never done that before, I am SO sorry. I'm gobsmacked. I'd pay for the damage and your legal costs, but as you know, we are just back from hols and we are cleaned out"
  15. You want some Arabic plates on it, or other none EU ones ....
  16. https://www.motor1.com/news/267361/mercedes-190-body-c63-tech/ Ambitious, time consuming and no doubt hugely expensive, but a unique end result
  17. A Labour front bencher has insisted that a general strike is not party policy, after an MP won a standing ovation by advocating a nationwide walk-out to topple the Government. Crewe and Nantwich MP Laura Smith said Labour should join with trade unions to mount a general strike if Prime Minister Theresa May refused to call a general election. Shadow justice secretary Richard Burgon was among those filmed rising to their feet to applaud Ms Smith’s demand. He later said he had not made a standing ovation but merely risen to his feet and clapped. So there we are, it's meaning has been amended
  18. Which bearing spun? Don't get me wrong, but a spun and destroyed bearing shell SO rarely leaves a journal in a good state it's quite remarkable! Thanks for the photos.
  19. "the problem (caused by BD) is it spun a bearing on the crank and small pieces of it went all over the engine." This is a remarkable crankshaft, it must be the luckiest crank in the world I'd love to see it...
  20. Carefully....Or you'll be respraying the bonnet
  21. Cranks tolerances are measured in tenths of a thousandth of an inch, never use a reground crank if the option exists to use an un-ground one at reasonable cost. You can pick up a perfect un-ground one for less than grinding and balancing the existing one....
  22. CP, Cosworth, Arias (spit...), JE, WISECO (I like them), Mahle, Ross, Wosner (spit...) all list pistons in various oversizes for the 2JZ. I would NOT use a reground crank with good standard size used ones still easily available. The N/A uses the same crank as the TT and is likely to have had a quieter life....
  23. As my pal is often heard to say "Recon or real con"? With your own unit you know if it's been dramatically overheated, over revved or generally thrashed to the point major components have had sustained abuse, to a large extent. A rebuilt engine from a reputable sourced based on *sound core re-used components* should be no different to having your own unit properly fettled all being equal
