  1. Did you check out lots of different ceramic finishes before landing on Graphene? There is an Opti-Coat installer not far from me that use a film which bonds to the paint. Doesn't mention it being self healing but very durable, high gloss and long lasting. There are many potions to choose from
  2. You got a discount from the detailer for having a spotless car, testament to your cleaning skills Two very stunning cars! Yours is making me want to have mine done for some time now. The difference in gloss is very clear. I've picked up some stone chips here and there which I'd have to get addressed first. Would be great if there was a one stop shop for chip repair, polish and coating.

  5. Do you have a photo of it? I haven't found it in any of the part diagrams yet. The wheel components change by year/trim. What's the year and trim of the car it's for? Could it be one of these standard panel caps? 90950-01503 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Toyota-Supra-MK4-Others-Rear-Trim-Panel-Plug-90950-01503-C0-/183287670723
  6. Really nice pics mate, and well done getting that sponsor! C&M keep suggesting they may be opening soon, hopefully we'll get our meet before the year is out.
  7. I can easily spend a day cleaning the car from a bag stuffed with products. Two bucket shampoo wash, clay bar, wash again, towel dry, polish/wax, tyre treat, interior, engine.. etc. Is that detailing or just an all day clean? I would pay someone to wet sand, orbital polish or fix stones chips. As Noz knows, I have history of making something worse than it was!
  8. According to the HPI check I had done before I bought mine, there are 7 previous owners to track down I'm by far the longest owner of it so far. 2 colour changes, at least 3 engine swaps, reg plate change.. No previous owner would ever recognise it as once theirs if it was ever seen by them now.
  9. Brilliant build! Only high calibre bits going in Will you keep those external flappy tailgate locks on or delete? I remember bringing that tailgate to your door and wondered what they were for
  10. Really good job Your car's a stunner Ric
  11. I heard run flats gave a harder ride. I prefer having an actual spare wheel should something go catastrophically wrong whilst touring the countryside. I’ve gone to the trouble already to have one fit over the big callipers
  12. I would say, a close 0% chance of this fitting when flipped
  13. Looking great Ric. I went with the only option not shown, and that’s an alternate gear knob with a gator in the auto panel. Putting the shifter into L didn’t always make it with the manual surround in place as the leather sometimes bunched up. That put me off using the manual surround for an auto even though I think it looks a bit nicer.
  14. It never occured to me if that would work. I have the front wheels off at the moment so could check
  15. It would, if the wheel spacer was 90mm thick...
  16. The thought had occured to me also that my OE space saver is probably wearing a 1993/4 tyre, and that can't be a good thing! I haven't changed the OE tyre, but I have changed the wheel+tyre to an aftermarket due to the OE wheel not fitting over large callipers. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?355808-Ksport-356mm-with-a-space-saver-wheel

  18. The Ksport .pdf templates which can be used to check wheel clearances. Driftworks should be able to check against the S1 wheels and whatever offset you choose. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?352041-Ksport-Supra-Caliper-Templates
  19. You can get conductive ink in a pen form. Maybe you could fix the broken connections with it. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Circuit-Scribe-Conductive-Ink-Pen/dp/B00OZATJ3A
