  1. .fbx is usually the file type we use to swap between programs. Not used CAD software though.
  2. Had a look at this last night in Maya. Looks like Solidworks can import many different types of files so have a go at importing this VRML file (.wrl) that I've exported out, and then you can save it as a native .step in Solidworks. http://help.solidworks.com/2012/English/SolidWorks/sldworks/Importing_Exporting_SolidWorks_Documents.htm I've not got Solidworks so I can't test it myself. SupraVRML.zip
  3. What program uses .step files?
  4. I'm also with Graham Sykes but for my Celica. I found they weren't quite as good on the Supra in my case, but they were easily the best on the daily.
  5. Tried Aplan, underwritten by Markerstudy? They gave me the best quote in February for my V8 Supra at £425 fully comp.
  6. I have two children now, a four year old and a three month old. I can get the Maxi Cosi baby seat on the back seat and the bigger Recaro one onto the passenger seat leaving me drive in a comfortable position. Much to my frustration I can't get both child seats into the back and have enough room up front to still be able to drive the car. (We have a family car already, but I want to drive my Supra more often). I'm thinking of promoting my four year old to a booster seat in the hope she can sit in the seat behind me. Was looking for something like this, the BubbleBum! An inflatable travel booster seat that I intend on testing sometime to see if it fits snug and secure into the rear seat. Unless someone has already tried it and would save me a trip to Halfords if it's no good? http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_815803_langId_-1_categoryId_261857 http://www.safetots.co.uk/images/products/expanded/BubbleBum%20Inflatable%20Booster%20Seat.jpg
  7. I had a look for some silica gel in the bags but it's been some considerable time since I last bought shoes Airing cupboard has done the trick and all the mist has cleared. No water left in there at all so now I need to re-seal it with something like that window sealant. Apparently salt is a good moisture absorber and baking soda too. If you have a damp car these are meant to be pretty good.
  8. I have a load of clear silicon sealant that I was going to use but when I dug this thread back out it looks like the ideal stuff is windscreen sealant as it can be melted in the oven should they need re-opening. When I pulled the headlight from the chassis it p**sed all over my leg from the amount of water collected. The drainage route goes directly to the headlights under the bonnet! Champion design there Overnight in the airing cupboard amongst my pants has cured the damp
  9. Got heavily rained on and then drove home with the lights on. Trying to dry this sucker out in the airing cupboard. Re-sealing time when it's dried out for this one, passenger side has no problems. http://just.razzi.me/photos/1018448/bcbff84.jpg
  10. Maybe something telepathic with satin black Supra owners
  11. I have Rush Import long manifolds on mine but they're not suitable for going turbo. Something like the PPE ones should be lovely. Link
  12. Hopefully I can make this one. Nappy changing duties permitting.
  13. They are nice seats. I do 500 miles a week on them for the past 2 years with no comfort complaints
  14. You should be able to grab most if not all of the current and previous episodes from here. http://www.finalgear.com/shows/fifthgear/
  15. I didn't know Trust and Greddy were the same thing. Are you looking to sell your Trust/Greddy wing? I've always liked those For the TRD, half carbon looks that little bit better imo.
  16. Have you got a photo of your full carbon wing you can post up Bradleyh?
  17. Sounds like you're doing pretty much the same as me with an engine. Does your bay need painting? Maybe give the bay and parts that aren't coming out the best clean you can while no engine is in the way. Shaved my knuckles just by changing dam headlight bulbs this evening so would be light work for you with a spacious bay.
  18. Yeah, Corvette in the pic. Here's some more angles and a bit of info on what they are. Size 20x10/20x12.5." http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-z06-discussion/2607393-360-forged-concave-wheels-summer-special-authorized-vendor.html
  19. Wondered what people think of this style of wheel, and if anyone has a set on their Supra? http://wheelexecutives.com/wheels/360forged/concave/ten/4.jpg
  20. I'm going to Wolverhampton in a van to drop an engine off on Saturday. Van will be empty coming back so could pick your wheels up. I'm based near Milton Keynes.
  21. Hi Andrew, do you still supply these controllers? Can you PM the price please. Cheers.
  22. Oh you're good That was really quick, thanks!
  23. These 18" wheels came on my car, I don't know what they are but appear to have "AXE" written in the centres. I think they might be an older style of Axe Hiro? http://just.razzi.me/photos/933599/3e052c8.jpg
