    Really sorry Shane, it's not going to happen for me this Sunday at Ace Cafe which is two meets scuppered for that day and Japfest now at risk. Put the newly welded radiator back into the Supra yesterday, fired the car up and coolant was pi$$ing out like some novelty toy. The welder missed a bit and left a pin hole around one of the sensor bungs. It's going back to be sorted on Monday but that's no good for this weekends plan. J80 MYX has to stay home in the garage (again). Very dissappinted.

    I'll be going all the way down the M1 starting from Milton Keynes J14. Probably leave around 4pm or so I think to arrive nearish to 6pm.

    It's alright mate, thanks for the offer The alloy rad I have is already modified to fit both the Supra and the 1UZ it's cooling. The lower port has already been upgraded with a weld on larger port to match the engine cooling port, just getting around to doing the top one which is a bit D shaped and small. With the welder now.

    Hopefully I'll have my radiator repaired and back in the car before Ace Cafe.

    Is it not repairable? I replaced a small section of worn carpet on an otherwise spotless one from a facelift.

    I had an SS1 with the 3S-FE engine for many years. Really loved it and still miss it even with now owning a Supra.

    I asked Rob about gold plating a Supra badge some time ago, his response to me below: "Get a chrome oem badge and I'll gold plate it. That's the only thing I reckon will work" He can't gold plate the OE Supra badges though due to them being flexible plastic, but some chrome Toyota badges should be good for gold chroming.

    Works well. I used the same stuff to bend the light to blue but it didn't come out as I'd hoped for that colour. It looks like Metal Monkey have pulled down all their gauge kit pages recently.
