  3. Looks like a 2pin female non-waterproof connector. Part number 90980–11080 https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/332145396323?chn=ps
  4. Can only be this one? Quite an eye catcher isn't it
  5. Thanks guys Was a very good show and a great crowd to be in the company of.
  6. My wife is a wedding photographer and has been doing it for many years. I'd recommend her http://www.natashathompson.co.uk/
  7. Here is a whole bunch of photos from the Japanese Performance Show to browse though that myself and other other Supra owners attended this Sunday. Great variety of incredible car builds and club cars. Really chuffed to bring home a trophey myself
  8. If you can unplug it and take a photo looking into the terminal ends I may be able to pick out the part number for the plug for you.
  9. Heat wrapping the source of the problem to lower the bay temp would be a good start. I have bonnet vents and they do expel some heat but the chassis of the car heats up so much over about 2 hours of driving I need the fans on or the windows open in +20c outside temps. I plan to get my manifolds wrapped. My twin batteries happen to be in the boot already but not because the original one was getting too hot. - - - Updated - - - Delbody Call me Mike
  10. Just my gas struts were the wrong way around, not the brackets. Glad it's all complete and working now
  11. If Shane is interested in those panels I could pick them up from you Kevin, on the way to Davd's this Saturday? I had a look for the old connector and it hasn't turned up yet. It was a bit tired hence replacing it for a new from here if you'd prefer for new parts: Toyota/Lexus Gauge sender plug - 90980-11428
  12. I’ve got a similar one called vehicle smart. Has almost the same free/premium features available. I’ve entered all the cars we have into it so I know not to miss an mot and a heads up for incoming tax bill.
  13. I’ve had a few people ask about the bonnet support strut sizes. Mine are 500mm socket end to end when extended. I’ve also flipped mine around from the earlier mounting position pics as Frank informed me they should be chamber side high.
  14. I have these two. One is Toyota, the other an aftermarket. The Toyota one has a single pin, do you need a connector also? I have an old one somewhere..

  16. I have a temp sender. Can bring it to David's this weekend for your son to take.
  17. You haven't missed a single bit, not even a rotten washer! Absolutely sterling work from all involved. You must be chuffed to bits
  18. I was wondering what people with wider front wheels do with the plastic guards that fit behind the front bumper. My wheels are 18 x 9.5j +25 with a 245 40 R18 tyre and they contact the guards on full lock along the outer edge of the tyre. I've made a modification to the guards so they have enough clearence now, but it's not ideal. I'd be interested to know what wide wheeled owners tend to do with them. Pic for reference:

  20. If the insurer signs the contract it’s on them, oversight or not. Otherwise it’d be such a massive get out clause they’d never have to pay out for anything to anyone ever again.
  21. If an exhaust decat has been specifically declared with AF and they accept it and continue to take his money, they surely wouldn’t be able to use that against him in the event of a claim? If the Mini still gets through the emission test for that car (which will consider the cats to still be in place), he won’t need to swap the cats in for a day each year. But as I’ve found, mot inspectors have their own levels of tolerance in regards to mods.
  22. I found this out the same way. They got damaged and hey, can't be fixed because of the finish. I've used this anodising company before as they are very close to where I live and take on small jobs. http://collingsfinishing.co.uk/services/anodising It's incredibly frustrating having new wheels scratched as I've been there myself. Double hit to find they're not stright forward to put right. What design wheel do you have? Can you live with the wheel the way it is now?
