  3. Shane, I've got a box with spare speed sensors from both Supra NA and TT autos, and the Lexus A650 if you need parts to test with. The black two pin analogue magnetic sensors and the three pin digital geared one. On my A343e TT box it's the No1 three pin sensor that goes to the combination meter dash display. It's always worked so I've never had to pay it much attention. Let me know if you need bits.
  4. Sent a batch from this years Japfest on the club stand
  5. I have a 3" Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust which has excellent ground clearence by following the stock route. It's a quiet exhaust most of the time, unless giving it some. If you want to keep the active spolier blade (if you have one) retractable you'd need a SMIC rather than a FMIC. Here's a link for the Zun grills. There are side grills for the outer intakes also. They will fit both pre and facelift bumpers and either type of indicators. The facelift splitter bar (if you had one) would have to come off though. https://www.zunsport.com/en/toyota-grilles/toyota-supra-mark-iv-front-grille-set Have the Zun grills on mine, here's a pic of the black ones.
  6. Does the PS oil need to be cooled so much? I mean, might it have a negative effect if the oil can't get up to operating temperature as easily? My line of thought is coming from the transmission coolers where having bigger ones means it takes longer to warm up to it's running temp. That's why there is an oil stat in mine that allows the oil to go through the engine rad as normal first, and open up an additional channel to the extra cooler if needed.
  7. I've not seen that myself. Just did a search through the owners manual and the word "square" is never used for winter tyres. Just that all season tyres are adequate for winter conditions but winter tyres are much better suited in heavy or loose snow.
  8. Here's a handy calculator to at least keep your speedometer accurate. https://www.willtheyfit.com/ These are the standard OE Supra wheel and tyre settings to use as a baseline. Front - Alloy 17 x 8j +50, Tyre 235 45 R17 Rear - Alloy 17 x 9.5j +50, Tyre 255 40 R17

    Car mat query

I got mine from Dane at DC Automotive/Callaway Motorsports during another group buy. Still all in excellent condition after many years, but then they would be as I hardly ever drive the bleedin' car Still uses my V8 mats as the prodct icon https://webshop.callawaymotorsport.com/?product_cat=interior
  10. Looks like part of the Clifford alarm. I have one just like it.
  11. I have wider Nur style from Grams Styling. The headlight brackets that are normally attached to the inside of the wings no longer reach the arches properly so are bolted on a bit differently. Not as nicely like Gary here and Mr T have done.
  12. Robin Milner would love those for his carbon car
  13. You remade your wings and wondered how you re-attached the mounting brackets. The wider ones I bought left the headlight bracket off. I wondered if you transferred that metal bracket to your new grp arches.
  14. How did you securely fix the headlight bracket to the inside of your arches?
  15. This time of year I've been meaning to take the car out to a particular spot where I did a Celica photoshoot many years ago. So got around to doing it which also helps the tyres not forming flat spots from being sat still for so long. Pretty happy with them

  21. I have also experienced vehicles joining the motorway and immediately moving into the second lane with no traffic ahead. I think it is also some kind of superiority complex where the 1st lane is considered "the slow lane" or the lane for lorries/trucks, and yes they reached a steady speed of 65mph and held it.. I have also driven on a 5 lane motorway where lanes one and two are litterally empty and you guessed it, three, four and five are chocka-a-block. I asked a policeman about the legality of overtaking on the left some years ago. There is a difference between undertaking and flow of traffic overtaking on the left. So long as you don't actively change lanes to overtake it is acceptable to pass traffic on your right if their speed is below the flow of traffic. Rule 268 https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code/motorways-253-to-273
